I told you guys about the d*g next door that bit the neighbor's 5-year-old,
Amy.  Well, it turned out to be a stray that the kids found and the dad let
them keep him.  He looks like a terrier in size and coloring except for the
shape of his head - that's pure pit-bull.

Lily stood her ground today29 Dec 2005 14:13 GMT2
The enmity between Lily and Eli might be easing!!

No, not one of mine!
My son Sean's girlfriend, Amanda, is a lovely girl, and she's got a
beautiful longhaired kitten named Lana. This afternoon Lana was acting as
if she was uncomfortable, and she won't let Amanda touch her tummy.  I
Purrs for Everyone29 Dec 2005 12:11 GMT1
Sorry, I haven't been around much and had to mark everything as read.  As

No need to send out a search patrol, I just haven't felt that great this

Visitor cat29 Dec 2005 10:09 GMT8
There has been a black tom cat visiting my garden for three or four years,
at one time he ran away if he even saw me looking at him out of the window.
About three months ago I realised he was sleeping in my summer house, the
window had bee left open, so I started putting some food ...

It was his first time seeing "Dr. Missy" (this clinic has 5 different vets,
including Melissa Gourley), who was duly impressed by his beauty.
X-rays revealed no break and no dislocation, thank goodness, he just has a
great swelling and bruise from some unknown trauma and a bit of ...

My feline staff is headed by Mr. Clark, who cleary operates on the
principle of the good staff NCO: while I may command the unit, he runs
the unit. That policy being established, it can be observed he has
Buddha-nature (and some of the physique), or at least is an

Long ago in the deepest of winters all of the animals on Earth were
abuzz with the news. "HE IS BORN! HE IS BORN!" cried the snowy owl.
"Come one and all, rejoice!" roared the mighty lion. "Bring gifts to the
new King!" The forest grew bright with the din of excitement. Every
