Sleepy head06 Dec 2005 05:00 GMT3
Tony and I were in bed and he was sound asleep.  I like to put my head
on his chest - which usually wakes him up and makes him start purring.
This time he stayed sound asleep and I got treated to the sound of his
heart beat loud and clear THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP and his breathing ...

Curious, I thought, it's not Siamese.
Minke appears to have a playmate!
Cat In Trouble - Woman Arrested06 Dec 2005 00:33 GMT21
A woman dialed 911 here in Houston when her cat was trapped in a drain.
They wouldn't send out anyone to rescue the cat so the woman (a single
mother) called 911 again and this time said, "My 2-year-old baby is trapped
in a drain" (note: her cat's name *IS* "Baby" and he's 2).  They ...

A Carl Story05 Dec 2005 23:53 GMT5
As many of you know, my husband Carl passed away a couple of weeks ago. At
the memorial we asked people to share Carl stories and there were a lot of

Carl called me at work one day. He had gone back to sleep after I'd left

We're 20 months old, but at this time last year we didn't have our Meowmy

Frank is 18 today05 Dec 2005 15:16 GMT76
In Finland, when you turn 18, you can vote, you can drive a car, you can
buy beer and wine (but no stronger alcoholic beverages), your parents
don't have a legal obligation to support you any more. Well, I think
I'll take care of Frank a little longer, but I suspect he won't be ...

Some people just walked past our apartment... Scouty was on the desk
next to me, and instead of turning around and running away to the
bedroom, she ran over to the couch under the window and put her paws
up on it so she could see out and watch them! Our little scaredycat is

anticipated!  We went and drove down to Margaret River as soon as we
