Jack takes a ride19 Dec 2005 04:40 GMT3
Now, Jack is definitely a wild, woolly hoolikitten.  And he is
apparently very happy with his recent adult kitty teeth.
We were letting he and Kate run around the apartment last night.  We
had just gotten our tree for the season up, but so far, they're
Pepto Bismol or Kaopectate for diarrhea19 Dec 2005 03:40 GMT10
As I had written, my mom's cat with the sore on her right hind leg
developed diarrhea last Thursday. We thought it might be caused switching
her from Purina Pro Plan Chicken and Rice to Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin
and Stomach due to a persistent sore on her right hind leg.

Correographed Play18 Dec 2005 22:14 GMT4
Sammy has trained me so well!
When I sit on the commode with the door open (when I'm home alone or it's
just Ben and me), Sammy runs behind the open door and I have to play pawsy
with her by taking the hand towel off the sink and wiggling it along the
Little Boy - hoolicat18 Dec 2005 22:08 GMT6
Little Boy has started displaying his personality, and it's pure
hoolicat.
He is somewhere around two years old, judging by his face, so he's
still very near his kittenhood. Emphasis on the "hood" part (grin).
Request for Christmas/Holiday Memories18 Dec 2005 19:27 GMT3
The stories in Yowie's White Christmas thread made me think that surely we
have some interesting holiday stories we can share and perhaps some even
involve cats.
I'll begin with a story that I think my brother would rather we all forget.
Brando's sick18 Dec 2005 18:28 GMT25
As I write this, my beloved big wonderful former feral baby, Brando,
is at the vet's.  He had some blood in his urine, and terrible
diarrhea over 24 hours, so we took him into the vet yesterday.  They
wanted to keep him overnight to get a urine sample.
Huge flocks of birds! [OT]18 Dec 2005 18:25 GMT9
I went for a walk this morning here on the farm, and suddenly there were so
many birds that the sky was nearly black! The birds were flying in huge
figure-eight patterns for a while when I noticed them. Must have been at
least 5,000 of them... The figure-eights were longer than a ...
I Have My Meowmy Trayned18 Dec 2005 16:55 GMT2
I like sitting on top of da big white box in da kitchen where I can
soopervise meowmy while she's kooking.  But, it's an awfully big jump
from da dining room table, and Meowmy duzn't want me on da stove which
is rite next to da big white box.  So I either klimb Meomy, or get on
For Marina18 Dec 2005 08:47 GMT1
May I Go?
May I go now?
Do you think the time is right?
May I say good-bye to pain filled days
So many cards!18 Dec 2005 05:26 GMT3
My spiral card holder is full and I am starting on the wall brackets.
And I know there are many more cards to come. I love them all. I
really enjoy looking at them. And I like the stamp on Marina's card.
Thanks! And happy Holidays, Everyone!
Ping and the Rubble family18 Dec 2005 04:55 GMT4
About a week ago, Ping darted into the bedroom while we were
entering/leaving.  We were afraid that he would make mincemeat of the
bitties, but lo & behold, he just plays with them!
So, on occasion, we let him in there to play with them.  I was watching them
Purrs, please, for a RPCC kitty18 Dec 2005 03:59 GMT23
Miss Violette, one of the long-time regulars on rec.pets.cats.community,
is terribly ill and at the vet. There is concern that she might not be
coming home. I'm hoping that it isn't already too late, but could all of
you wonderful cat-loving folks please send Miss Violette your best ...
The Suburban Roadcat18 Dec 2005 03:24 GMT6
After spending a little more than 6 months as a homecat, Harri recently
decided that it is getting to be time for some car rides and walks again.
Tonight Nancy and I decided to go out for ice cream (yes, the temp is
below freezing, but ice cream is ice cream!). Harri took a perch on ...
cat gift tags18 Dec 2005 02:33 GMT4
I made some tags with ' Merry Chrissymouse' and a pic of Memphis on them. My
son sees them and goes  ' oh God. What IS that? You're mad!'
Surely, I'm the sane one, aren't I??
lol
