A nice relaxing Sunday21 Nov 2005 21:54 GMT4
Senyah went off to church, while I slept in / did the laundry / did a
few chores, etc. One of the things Dulce Mae likes to do on Sunday, is
to go outside, when Senyah leaves in the morning.
I get up to check on the laundry, and while I'm up, I go outside to

Fizz is gone (TW)21 Nov 2005 17:45 GMT53
Fizz collapsed suddenly this morning after breakfast.  It must have been
instantaneous.  I rushed him over to the vet just to be sure, who thinks
it was probably something like a stroke, heartattack, thrown clot,
aneurysm or the like. He was only 5.
Comfort purrs please?21 Nov 2005 17:28 GMT23
I was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff this morning, ouch :(
I got a cortisone shot which hurt like the dickens and hasn't helped any.
Does anybody know when this is supposed to kick in if it helps at all? And
then I have to go for physical therapy for 4 weeks, twice a week. I ...
Omar - Rainbow Bridge 2000-2005 (TW)21 Nov 2005 16:24 GMT51
I am so sad to tell you all that we had to give Omar the kindest gift and
let him go today.  I sort of knew in my heart of hearts yesterday but wanted
to give him what chance we could.  The ultrasound showed some swollen lymph
nodes in his abdomen and also some fluid; it was obvious ...

Baby Eyes is certifiable20 Nov 2005 23:05 GMT8
I put up with a lot from this cat. She tries to bury just about everything -
telephones, keyboards. shoes, socks, you name it, she tries to bury it. As I
type this, she's trying to bury her water dish - pulling whatever's in a
3-foot radius of the dish, into the water.... give me ...
Rrrrwwwarrr I'm a TIGER!!20 Nov 2005 22:38 GMT15
I am sure that Lilly-Whiskers thinks that she is a HUGE Tiger in a tiny
body. She has so much spark and enthusiasm for life. At 2lbs, she's
still small enough for my hand to fit under her body and pick her up,
but the way she carries on, you'd think she was a 500lb Siberian Tiger!
Thanks Everyone20 Nov 2005 22:23 GMT3

Hugo Katt news. Not so good.20 Nov 2005 21:33 GMT26
I expected the vet to phone about medicine for Hugo Katt's hyperthyroidism.
He called - but the news was bad. The last result from all the tests had
come. Hugo's test was positive to FIP.
I didn't even know we have FIP in Sweden. I have never ever heard of a cat
GRrrrrrrr, Anger!!!!!!!!!20 Nov 2005 21:23 GMT39
We have a next-door neighbor of whom we're really unsure of. His wife was
"missing" for almost a year, she came back and there's so much traffic at
their house now.  One car leaves, another comes over - only when her husband
is gone, mind you.  We can only assume
LMAO!!!20 Nov 2005 20:34 GMT7
Bonnie, my d*g is 100% with cats. All she does is wash them. They don't
particularly like it, but she'd never hurt one.
HRFL Tiger has worked out that all the other cats in the area are
terrified of her, because she's a "strange dog", i.e., they don't know
Winter games20 Nov 2005 17:03 GMT4
Winter, such as it is, has arrived in this part of Texas.  The nip in the
air  had quite an effect on Cinder, who spent the morning zooming about the
back yard, trying her best to capture and kill blowing leaves.
A particularly dangerous looking leaf caused her to puff up, assume ...
