CLEO's checkup03 Oct 2005 00:37 GMT14
It seems Cleo doesn't act like a kitten, because she isn't.
The vet puts her at 1+, maybe even 2+. Based on the tartar build up and
Gingivitis. Seems an imprecise science.
The good news is that she tests negative for the serious viruses.
Pictures apology and plea03 Oct 2005 00:09 GMT9
Sorry guys, as I mentioned before, my digital camera is %^&ed up, and
I'm stuck doing it the old-fashioned way.
Dear folks, I picked up the Dante pics yesterday, and they were all
underexposed.  There isn't a decent pic among them.  I quickly shot
Synchronous Napping02 Oct 2005 23:43 GMT5
Sammy and Bandit practicing their synchronous napping!  If you're having
trouble distinguishing the two, here's a hint - look at the depth of the
dents in each pillow!  ;>

Disciplining Eli02 Oct 2005 18:11 GMT9
I'm sorry to report that he's still regularly harrassing and terrorizing the
other cats. Abelard has learned to take it in stride but the others are
still working out their best responses. Maybe because Abelard was his first
target and has had time to learn how not to provoke too ...
WHERE ARE DANTE PICS????02 Oct 2005 13:55 GMT4

R&D office02 Oct 2005 13:09 GMT16
I'm thinking of getting some more cat furniture from this company (I
think they could use the help of a professional tanslator, as well):

Scroll down the main page to see their R&D staff. ;o)
Persia Understands English02 Oct 2005 12:48 GMT9
It never ceases to amaze me.  Maybe it has ceased to amaze you with your
kitties and whatever your native language is.
Persia fully understands phrases, the primary one being "It's not time yet!"
Most of you know the vet put her on a diet because she'd gotten quite fluffy
amazing cats02 Oct 2005 10:49 GMT3
Just wanted to share this site if anyone hasn't seen it yet.  Hard to
pick favorites cause so many made me laugh (and a couple disturbed me),
but I loved magic cat and laptopcat.

New Pictures02 Oct 2005 09:46 GMT3
I didn't have any digital pictures of, Bod, the cat who owned me in the
1970s, so I bought a scanner. I've uploaded 3 pictures of Bod to my RB Cats
album, plus some more of Rosie and another one of Smokey. In the Other Cats
album I've posted a picture of Benny, he owned my great ...
Boss cat and his cowering followers02 Oct 2005 06:20 GMT12
Did you ever have one of those weeks at work where you thought there
would be no end and wonder just how to keep your head up til 4 on
Friday.  It's been one of those for me, plus we purchased new furniture
this week and have spent most of our evenings and nights assembling it.
Check out my kitties!02 Oct 2005 04:24 GMT4

Many thanks to Dan for helping the pictures of my pride and joy get set
up, with as many pictures of my kinder as he could manage. I thought I'd
lost the link when we got the new machine, and had to spend a couple of

Jane carries Chester01 Oct 2005 22:26 GMT8
My daugher has taken to carrying Chester around lately.  She is little so
she carries Chester like a forklift would.  Arms straight out in front with
one behind the front legs and one arm in front of the back legs.   Chester
droops down patiently as she carries him into her room.
Kitten update01 Oct 2005 22:01 GMT7
Still haven't been able to find anyone to take them.  There's a
possiblity from a friend, but I haven't heard from her yet.  I've made
some flyers to put up various places (vet's office, library,
churches).
He's learning01 Oct 2005 21:50 GMT5
Caliban is a very food-motivated cat. He is always trying to snarf, not
just his own food, but Frank's and Miranda's food, too. This is not
good, since I mix Frank's hyperthyroidism meds in his food, and mrianda
still refuses to eat any sort of cat food, and only eats fresh meat ...
