This summer we'd had a regular visitor to our carport light in the form
of a *huge* dragonfly; this afternoon I found it lying in the driveway,
dead.  He was just a shade under 7 inches long (I got a ruler - I was
curious) but always seemed even bigger than that when he was flying

Rhett, like most cats, has many different sounds. I guess I notice
his more than my others because he's just so very vocal. His
"hungry" sound starts with an "R". *Rrrow*  How can a cat do an "R"?

Persia graciously allowed me sleep through the night without trying to wake
me up!  I often don't sleep well but last night was an exception and she
didn't bug me at all!  She did, however, find yet another new way to wake me
