What the hell is going on here?13 Sep 2005 13:56 GMT54
I've started Vet Tech school again and i've been busy with work and
school and springboard diving so i haven't had a chance to really post
any Vet tech journals or other stories about my cats
But in the past few days, i am shocked to see what people have written.
New *toys*13 Sep 2005 12:57 GMT6
This afternoon, I became the very unwilling *parent* of 2 baby albino
dwarf hamsters. Basic story, person didn't want them & was going to sell
them as snake bait. I didn't agree with the actions and took them of his
hands.
RPCA - have you ever seen a cat asleep with their eyes open?13 Sep 2005 11:44 GMT6
Silly's lying on the scanner next to me, one of her favourite sleeping
spots... I jsut noticed twitching paws out of the corner of my eye and
when I turned around to look at her properly I could see that she's in
a dream state - her whiskers are flicking and her front paws are
close encounter with Pepe le Pew13 Sep 2005 04:54 GMT2
I had a surprise earlier tonight.  I was driving down a street near my
house, and had to slow down almost to a stop to avoid hitting a skunk
that strolled out in front of me.  I live in the suburbs, not the
countryside; although I see plenty of possums, and an occasional
RPCA THREAD: My morning helper boykitten13 Sep 2005 04:36 GMT17
For the last few weeks I've been having some problems falling asleep at
night. It used to be that taking a melatonin tablet would allow me to
get to sleep promptly, but now I take 3 or 4 at a time and still lie
awake for hours.
kili will be back13 Sep 2005 03:49 GMT4
Her ISP isn't filtering any of the "spew" occurring here so she wanted me to
tell you she has unsubscribed for a while.  She will be back; she loves this
group.  I'll give you updates on Ms. Pua as they are given to me.
Peace,

RPCA: Persia doesn't realize yet13 Sep 2005 01:22 GMT11
She's going to be boarded at the vet the morning of 9/14, along with the
feathered one, Peaches.  Now, Peaches doesn't care.  When I put her cage in
the car she chirps along with the radio and is happy.  She's a bird, after
all :)
A good day for my killfile13 Sep 2005 01:01 GMT41
Man, it's been a good day for my killfile. Half a dozen infantile trolls
in just a few hours!
Now people, remember the golden rule: DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS. DO NOT
REPLY TO THEIR POSTS, NO MATTER HOW ANNOYING.
Hi everyone!12 Sep 2005 23:24 GMT8
Waving to all of RPCA!!!!   HEY ALL!!!!

What is it with the wildlife today?12 Sep 2005 23:08 GMT27
Out on bike this morning. Firstly to CTC meet then into Dereham to do a spot
of shopping, pop into post office, bank, that sort of thing. Anyhow, on the
way to Tittleshall first thing, I round a corner and there's a couple of
rabbits, half-a-dozen pheasants and a deer on the road ...
Back at last!12 Sep 2005 22:21 GMT15
Whew!  I was getting worried.  Twice today when I tried to come to rpca, I
got the indication there were thousands of messages.  Even though I was set
up to group messages in threads, all the messages were unthreaded and they
were all troll-type messages.  It looked as though the ...
RPCA More ginger cuteness12 Sep 2005 21:25 GMT10
These are the cats of one of my co-workers. You may think they are
ordinary moggies, but they're not. They are European Shorthairs who have
won a lot of show titles. :oP Their names are Leo and Ludwig, and they
are brothers.
RPCA:  Have a seat, Harvey!12 Sep 2005 21:04 GMT3
My eldest has been determined from the time we got Harvey that she
would teach him a trick. I told her numerous times that he is a cat and
cat's do as they want not as they are asked, but she persisted at it
anyway.
Thank you for the purrs12 Sep 2005 21:03 GMT1
Thanks to those of you who sent purrs and good wishes that my two aunts
living in New Orleans would be found safe.  Yesterday we *finally* got word
that one had been sent to a nursing home in Opelousas, the other was
brought to Houma to stay with relatives there.  We still have ...
