Well trained Otis15 Sep 2005 04:36 GMT1
The only non-vegetarian food in my house normally is cat food.  I have
builders in for a couple of days, and they gave Otis some of their hard
boiled egg and bacon sarnies (when he dared to venture downstairs to
check on their workmanship).  He only ate the hard boiled egg and left

Just as a point of interest to a topic which has been discussed here in the

For what it's worth, I forward my complaint to Nesguy and
their reply.  I "unsubscribed" to the group, temporarily
(the 71,000-odd messages in the download to my computer had
me worried, so it seemed wise).  I'll check back in a day or

It's a young vole. Weaned, but tiny. It's the size of a seedless grape :) I
know this because I've just been holding it in my left hand whilst it drank
some juice from said seedless grape I held in with my right hand.
It is *seriously cute* :)

I found my brother and his family (they're all scattered, some in Baton
Rouge, LA, some in Waller, TX)!  They had to move from Chalmette to Houma,
to Thibodaux, to Baton Rouge (and some to Waller) - so they're just now
getting a chance to breathe for a moment and get their bearings.

Just curious, up to you whether you answer:

I went to this newsgroup and I saw 1269 messages; my heart sank.  I called
my provider yesterday to complain and I think it did some good!  Even though
my reader said 1264 messages, I'd say only about 20 showed up and they're
legit!  Yay!  Road Runner (the mass company) actually ...

2001: A Space Odyssey has just been on the google-box. Towards the end,

Vet Tech Journals: Back by popular demand14 Sep 2005 12:01 GMT16
I was very impressed by how many people have posted and emailed me to
continue my stories.   I had not idea how much or how many people liked
them.  I am touched that people really like hearing about my progress
as a vet tech student.  I'm sorry that i haven't posted much, but i

wedding in LA (not so lucky!).  But I'm taking over my friend Meghan's

Just heard that my daughter had a miscarriage. She is doing O.K.,
