Erin finally got down into the parish and got Digger.  She said he looks
healthy and, aside from two small scratches on his muzzle, unscathed by his
adventure.  She said she saw empty, torn-open bags of dog food laying around
the neighborhood, so it looks like the people who rescued ...

Well, yes, she has arthritis in her knees, so I will start putting
glucosimine on everyone's food. I guess there is another med she can take if
it gets worse. Her lip (rodent ulcer) and everything else is connected to
allergies. We have kitty benedryl now. Hopefully a good freeze ...

I was waked up this morning by Rita jumping onto my bed and meowing in

Persia decided last night while I was asleep would be a good time to engage
in a game of leap frog... back and forth over mommy.  I wasn't feeling very
well so this didn't make me happy.  A thunderstorm rolled in and I figured
she'd run and hide as usual, thus ending the game.  ...

Just curious...Soncek's name has a very Slavic ring to it, I was
wondering what it means. Reminds me of our Stosh. That's Anglicized for
the benefit of our vet and non-Polish friends, and should be spelled

Stinky's asleep on his daybed.  That's really his throne, but he
hasn't taken a long nap on it since Dante's been here.  Now I'm just
