I'm happy to say that all three cats have lost weight.  Yay!  Mayhem
has gone from 8 to 7.4 pounds, Imp has gone from 14.4 to 12.8 and
Mischief has gone from 13 to 11.6  Yay!
Aaaaaaaaaaargh!07 Aug 2005 04:11 GMT3
DH & I bought a smaller "point & shoot" digi-cam in order to take candid
photos of the cats, and for him to use for presentations & stuff at work.
We have a good digi-cam, and Canon Eos 10D - a digital SLR, exchangeable
lenses and all that stuff, but it's a pain to drag out, find ...
Poor Anonymous Kitty RB07 Aug 2005 03:28 GMT16
Could I get some purrs for the poor feral boy who is presently
decomposing under a shrub in my back yard?
It has been SO HOT the past couple of days that I have been indoors
with the AC on-- which has allowed me to miss the poor thing which

Can you believe that cat?06 Aug 2005 23:22 GMT22
I poured myself a glass of water last night before I went to bed and
it sat on my bedside table all night... this morning I got up, drank a
few swallows and then carried it back to the living room with me. I
put it down on the computer desk next to me, and Silver just jumped up
It must be love.06 Aug 2005 22:44 GMT2
I think I know the reason Abelard is staying home more than ever before: He
adores Beatrice, as the kitten he didn't get to play with while he was
growing up. The only time she leaves him alone when she's awake is when she
plays with Eli or Billy. Eli has a LOT of patience with her. ...
Abelard is acting strange06 Aug 2005 20:04 GMT15
Abelard has spent the last 35 hours *in the house* and is getting into my
lap constantly and smurgling like crazy. He's also eating far more than I've
ever seen him eat, and drinking a ton of water -- he's at the water bowl at
least hourly and spends several minutes lapping on each ...
Which of your cats has the yummiest tummy?06 Aug 2005 19:45 GMT25
In our case, it's definitely Rufous. He's got incredibly soft fur in his
tummy, and it's nice and cuddly (with spots!). Also, he's the most
skittish about tummy-rubbing, so that makes it more desirable I guess.
He doesn't mind tummy-rubs, but he doesn't love them either. Basho ...

Grrrs, snarl, hiss spit! (OT - vent)06 Aug 2005 16:06 GMT1
A couple of weeks ago we had heavy rains, and our roof decided to spring a
leak. We got it cleaned up (we thought) and haven't had any problems - till
now. I got a visit from my friendly ACO, saying someone had complained about
a smell coming from my house, and that she needed talk ...
Would appreciate feedback06 Aug 2005 15:23 GMT13
This is NOT intended as spam and I am truly looking for suggestions.
Kiki, my cat of 19 years died some time ago and I swore I wouldn't get
another... just too painful to lose them.  That lasted two weeks and I got
Scooter and then a companion for her... Bandit.
