Ever since I looked at the photo of Silver on your scanner Persia has been
hiding in the closet.  I think she's afraid I'll put her on mine and scan
her belly!  LOL

Sunday night was biff night 08 Jul 2005 04:36 GMT8
Despite being saddled with the appearance of a feline beauty queen,
Tyler is a big yobbo at heart. Sprawled on his back in front of the
telly is where you'll most often find him.
On Sunday nights, for some reason, he seems to want more. He wants to be
Smelly Kitty..Advice needed please :)08 Jul 2005 04:05 GMT14
I have a cat with a litter box using litter that is supposed to be
deodorizing and a litter box that is also supposed to filter out the
worst of the smells with a carbon filter.  I also bought a Hamilton
Beach True-Air plug-in air filter that is SUPPOSED to get rid of pet
cat drolling when being petted?08 Jul 2005 03:00 GMT15
Recently I noticed Rusty drools when I pet him.  I mentioned this
to TED when I took Rusty in for his shots. TED said sometimes this
happens during intense petting. But I don't pet Rusty that much.
I don't think his teeth is the problem as TED examined them and didn't say
Two cats, one lap!08 Jul 2005 01:34 GMT2
This is a rare sight... in fact, it's the first time ever it's
happened. Scout HATES being handled but every so often we pick her up
and hold her and stroke her for awhile anyway to try to get her to
realise that she's perfectly safe and we're not going to hurt her...
A portrait of indolence08 Jul 2005 00:25 GMT6
This morning the girls were so quiet that I wondered if they were
getting into mischief... when I walked out into the living room I got
my answer - no mischief, just sleep. I think the sight of me running
around doing the housework must have worn them out!
Kitty name08 Jul 2005 00:12 GMT3
A person in another NG I frequent has just named their new, grey, kitten
"Cobweb".
Isn't that just the most adorable name?
I'm already looking forward to Cobweb's hoolikitten antics.

Ok, I can post a new message, but can't reply to any message whilst I'm at
work. The home computer behaves fine.
I have *no* idea which computer greebling I have got (and can't get IT to
fix it - how do I explain that the problem involves me not being able to use
Cats & Closets07 Jul 2005 15:45 GMT20
What's the deal?  Why do cats always want in the closet?  It's not like
there is anything new in there.  Persia cried and cried until I let her in
the closet.  Okay.  She's in the closet.  I hear all this shuffling around
in there.  I look and see a pair of eyes peering at me from ...
Hi Gang07 Jul 2005 13:09 GMT7
Hello all. After some time off line. & now figuring out how to access
the group via google & my hotmail account.  I'm back online.  The move
has gone well.  The kittens responded to an 8 hr drive like you'd
expect them to.... They hated it!!!  After the first 3 hrs, they
Little Miss and her Big Adventure07 Jul 2005 13:01 GMT6
It was last October that a little, scrawny, smelly kitten came into my
life. It was quite by accident because I wasn't looking for a cat. I
was just worried about finishing my degree and getting out of school
and finding a job. Someone at school found this little thing under
Little Miss watched the fireworks07 Jul 2005 12:50 GMT6
This is my first time posting to this group. I have an 11 month old
kitty, named Little Miss. Even though she is a curious little thing and
sometimes braver than she should be, I was worried about the fireworks
last night.
Happy Birthday, Ginger-lynn07 Jul 2005 12:48 GMT14
I can't remember the exact date but I believe it is before mine which is
next monday. Therefore, if I'm right, you are celebrating your 50th birthday
this week.  I hope it is the best day ever and that all the stars line up
right for 24 hours so you can enjoy your day.
You've GOT to be kidding me!!!07 Jul 2005 12:01 GMT6
I've spent all afternoon dusting and cleaning and vacuuming my bedroom.
I've vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and
vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and
vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed and
Abelard here for lunch!07 Jul 2005 12:01 GMT14
He just walked in the door, demanding shrimpies, which he is eating as I
type.
Now, I think when he leaves I will follow him ;)
