Tiffy Update - June 01, 200505 Jun 2005 16:18 GMT17
Just letting you know the results of Tiffy's eye specialist appointment this
morning.
Tiffy still has Viral Keratitis in her left eye, but the doctor said that it
is 80% better than last time. She has to continue with the following
Adoption Day05 Jun 2005 15:32 GMT8
No,  I haven' t added a new cat to my already full household.  I just want
to mark the 17th anniversary of the day I brought Panther and the late
Isadora home as 8 week old bitties. Thus I embarked on my ailurophilic
adventure that I've enjoyed tremendously.  =o)  Since I didn't ...
Ooops, Maybe I should go on a diet :)05 Jun 2005 14:58 GMT4
Karen is a bit under the weather so she asked me to post a couple of
pics to webshots for her.
FYI Scout is rapidly approaching 15lbs and all of it solid muscle.

HRFL takes exception to the dross on TV05 Jun 2005 10:40 GMT16
HRFL Tiger peed on the TV cable box and blew it up last week, so I have
been arguing with NTL to sort it out since. Eventually after much
ranting down the phone, the engineer came out and replaced it, but not
before HRFL sprayed the engineer and the new cable box. <Sigh>
Defecating cat05 Jun 2005 06:21 GMT6
Hi, I'm new and I've been lurking only for about a week...mea culpa.
I have an 8 year old male cat, who has just gotten over a nasty
cystitis bout (which occurs maybe once a year for him).  Nothing else
has changed except that he now craps behind my desk daily.  I've been
[OT] A fire next door05 Jun 2005 03:29 GMT8
Ack! Burning Froot Loops stink!
Got up this morning and had breakfast. Let Dulce Mae outthe back door.
A little while later, I think about opening the door to let her back
in, when I hear girly voices outside.
Nervous Nellie04 Jun 2005 22:31 GMT25
Mr. Pumpkin, Aggie Marble, Victor Velcro can sense that I have changed from
stalwart and steady Kitty Mom to Nervous Nellie!  They are so wonderful and
loving, but I am still a nervous wreck.
I am going in on Tuesday (5/30) for parathyroid mini-surgery.  This should

 At Sea
Well, we've been at sea for almost two weeks. This is not bad. So far
the bait bucket has been targeted only three times, the rigging has been
climbed numerous times by the kittens, two cat fights have been broken

Dan very kindly sent me some Pill Pockets for medicating the cats. I was
suspicious of them at first, and was sure that Frank would discard the
pill inside because he's such a suspicious cat. ;o) But no, he eagerly
gobbles them up, pill and all. I found a US company that would ...

OT:  looking for ecards, online greetings04 Jun 2005 06:00 GMT13
Sorry this is so off topic but I thought maybe you could help me out
with a suggestion on a site that offers free ecards (son's birthday --
He does has a cat :p )
I went to all the sites I have used in the past, and now they want you

I've been keeping myself busy so as not to dwell too much on Nikki and
the last hours of her life. One way I've been keeping busy is looking at
flats. I was outbid on the one with the glassed-in balcony with a
partial ocean view, but today I signed the lease for another flat. It ...
All new things belong to Mattie04 Jun 2005 04:14 GMT2
I swear she is the queen of "I must inspect and choose what I want
before you can put anything away."  I just picked up a couple of grab
bags that had all kinds of goodies in them and I spread them out all
over the couch so I could look at them.  Small stuffies, pull toys, wire
Harvey and CatNip DO NOT MIX04 Jun 2005 04:14 GMT5
Last night I went out to do a bit of grocery shopping and spotted a
package of little furry covered balls containing catnip. It was $1.00
for a 4 pack so I bought 2. I got them home pulled one of the packages
out and gave Harvey a ball. He rolled and played with this ball for a
Om mani padmeow!04 Jun 2005 04:12 GMT7
I started taking yoga classes in an attempt to relieve stress and secure
spiritual guidance, as well as to learn to focus; meditating is hard for a
person with ADHD, I think, and I have the attention span of a gnat! So I was
given a series of physical exercises, and a set of ...
