| I'm so proud of little Google! | 06 Jun 2005 17:51 GMT | 3 |
Google is a 6 month-old calico--very small and very agile and very cat-line, very unlike her orange tabby twin brother Stinky, who is kinda puppy-like. Well, Google got two birds in two days! I'm so proud

| The Ungrateful Little Snots | 06 Jun 2005 17:04 GMT | 20 |
The owners have been really good lately, so I went out and bought an $8/pound slab of fresh salmon. Yesterday I got up 20 minutes early, wrapped the salmon in foil, and baked it. It came out nice and juicy and good looking.

| Stories | 06 Jun 2005 16:58 GMT | 9 |
Just a few short stories: Yesterday, I was lying down on the bed, doing a little reading. Suddenly, I stretched out one arm, to get a kink out of my shoulder muscle. I hit the bedside easy-chair with my hand.

| OT: Daughter offered jobs! | 06 Jun 2005 16:54 GMT | 16 |
Talk about the power of purr! My daughter who had the two job interviews last week was offered both jobs. She decided to accept the one at the university because it will offer her so many opportunities for the future.

Tinta has a home now! Evelyn, from this NG showed interest in her, but she couldn't take her until the end of June. So my classmate decided to foster her and try to find her a permanent home

| It's been a long long time | 06 Jun 2005 16:13 GMT | 35 |
Just a while ago Jake came in and jumped up on the counter to beg for treats. He meowed at me and I heard him! Its been years. I meowed back like I used to do, and in just a little bit it dawned on him that I can hear him again. We had quite a conversation and even some head

| Things to go my way purr request | 06 Jun 2005 12:29 GMT | 19 |
As most of you know, I have been out on disability for a long time now - close to 10 years. This means I am no longer qualified to do my old job because it has morphed into something completely different while I have been out. So I went to Vocational Rehabilitation and asked to ...

Hi, folks Long time, no post, eh? ;-) I got homesick today. Actually, what I mean is *more* homesick than usual. It's not that it's not nice at my aunt and uncle's, it is, and I am being

Dennis and I are leaving in the morning. We're going on a road trip, woo hoo! We haven't really ever gone on a road trip in Thailand before, so this should be fun! In the morning we're off to the leather factory near Bangkok, where

| Look what a brave huntress I am! | 05 Jun 2005 22:13 GMT | 1 |
Silly has never seen a live rodent in her life... but she has no doubt that she is a Brave and Ferocious Huntress. Her favourite prey is the Rogue PomPom. She tracks it down to whatever corner of the house it's hiding in, picks it up in her mouth and then carries it into the room

Please send me an email from your Schmoggleberry account. I just lost all my old email and all my edresses. Arrggghhh. I hate computers. I am now off to the office supply store to buy a CD R/W for the book I am writing to be sure I don't ever lose it completely. That would

| Daddy, that tickles! | 05 Jun 2005 17:33 GMT | 8 |
My little Persian rescue, Roxie, does the cutest behavior. She must be a little ticklish. When she does the behavior known as 'elevator butt' as she's skritched on her back at the base of her tail, she adds a little touch of her own. She'll point her face at the ceiling and

| Purrs for a Dachschund and her Pups | 05 Jun 2005 16:22 GMT | 9 |
Just got back from dropping off Persia and Peaches for boarding. I could hear lots of noise from the surgery and a lot of excited voices. The receptionist told me they had to do a C-section on a miniature dachschund and she had given birth to NINE puppies; there was a 10th but it ...
