I'm Wiccan, I'm not afraid of germs (I've lived off military food for
months on end)  and I say wash off the steak, put lots of sauce on it,
and eat it.
Considering all the cat hair we've ingested, what's a little cat spit?

groannnnn... I /still/ cannot stop. Someone here suggested chamomile tea -
I do use that, it's a good natural relaxant for bedtime; but it doesn't seem
to have any effect on the explosive convulsions.
My sinuses do not need flushed out.

So far this group has coined the phrases "Upside-Downy Head", "The
Zoomies" and now, I wish to introduce a new cat phenomenon, "The
Rollies."  My late, beloved Isadora favored a nice, relatively clean
patch of sunwarmed concrete for this pursuit.  She would fling her self
