New Napping Spot21 May 2005 16:50 GMT1
I just turned around to see what the pawing noise coming from behind
me was.  I figured it was Lady Jane Grey since pawing things to make
noise  in the middle of the night is one of her favorite pastimes.
I was right about which cat it was, but the thing she was pawing was

I had to go to the bank so while I was out I stopped at the grocery store.
Got home, put the groceries away.  Persia's all sweet and chatty, "Hi Mom,
where you been?  Did you bring me anything?"  Rubbing up against my legs,
acting like I'd been gone for a year.  I should have known ...

I'm so pleased to tell you that last night, thanks to your

to ban the sale of wild horses for slaughter!
Americans were outraged last December when a secret rider in a budget bill

First of all, one neighbor has this beautiful white kitty, who has a
bad attitude, even with his slaves. His name is Acqui. If you try to
touch him, or look at him too long, he will charge and attempt to bite
your hand.

I'm a bad daddy21 May 2005 00:59 GMT7
I'm a bad, bad daddy. Basho has been locked in the guest bedroom all
morning. He's hungry and he's meowing pitifully to be let out and fed.
But he's supposed to be fasting and with a full bladder, so he's locked
in without food or litter box. :(

Louie got a call from a headhunter today, and I told him I'd kick his tuchus
if he didn't call back. They sound like they have something to offer. And
the bank where I work started calling his present job for references, and
boy did it hit the fan! He got emails and calls begging ...
Buster is just too nervous20 May 2005 23:55 GMT1
Last week, Buster was on the empty bed, practicing his bed mice
killing moves.
Little Feet, sensing a chance to play, jumped up on the bed. Buster

Wild horses were protected from slaughter for years, but this protection was
stripped by a stealth change in the law last year. More than 40 wild horses
[OT] Splenda?20 May 2005 20:45 GMT34
Has anyone here heard of anyone having problems with Splenda (Sucralose)?
I've been using it and I like the taste, but then decided to do a web search
on "Splenda Dangers" and got more info than I'd bargained for.  Of course
there's all kind of panic-making misinformation to be ...

Just got back from TED with Spot and her kits. This visit wasn't
really for a checkup, but for Dr Haney to look them over and get his

just watching them for a couple minutes. They're old enough. about 10
