I was watching tv with my feet up on a stool, and Nikki came up and snuggled down between my ankles, like she often does. Here's a picture of her doing this: http://tinyurl.com/4kjnd

My friend asked me a question about cat food and I don't know the question. She has an overweight older cat and a slim 1 1/2 year old cat. The overweight cat is to go on diet food (she ate all the kitten food and the kitten ate all the regular food). My friend wants to know if ...

| Let's try a nurse | 08 Apr 2005 00:16 GMT | 8 |
Well, after the disaster last week with Cosmo and my ex-husband, today I'm trying a new tack. I've got a bona-fide RN friend coming in to do the fluids, and she gets to do the needle while I hold him. Maybe *this* time it will work better!

| My nose is numb! | 07 Apr 2005 22:17 GMT | 6 |
And Buster knows it. Got back from the dentist a little while ago, and my face is still numb from the shots. He is a very good dentist, where "very good" is defined as "I felt very little pain" (big gap-toothed grin).
