Litter Box Greeblings08 Apr 2005 15:58 GMT7
....Muscat seems to think we have LOTS of them.  He's always had a rather
vigourus stroke, when it comes to his box visits.  But now, he's gotten into
the habbit of digging in both boxes when he's got the zoomies.  I'm talking
FLYING kitty litter... I'm sure he's defending against ...

Pam: book is on it's way, might be 10 days or so... I sent it surface mail
to save a few bucks...   Which I then used to buy Salmon treats for the
furballs & beer for da hooman.
Enjoy....
I couldn't believe my eyes08 Apr 2005 14:57 GMT7
I was watching tv with my feet up on a stool, and Nikki came up and
snuggled down between my ankles, like she often does. Here's a picture
of her doing this:

She has been in hospital since yesterday morning with a very high

Sammy's TED checkup08 Apr 2005 12:39 GMT9
Now that the girls have posted their take on Sammy's TED visit, let me
tell you the hoomin view. Since the scare Sammy gave me last fall, and
the diagnosis of a heart murmur, it was time for her quartely checkup.
The good news is that her heart problem doesn't seem to be causing her

"The Enemy" is trounced!08 Apr 2005 09:49 GMT51
I have mentioned before that there is a black neutered boycat that lives two
doors away who hates Boyfriend.  He is often in our garden showing off his
superior age and strength, he's quite a big cat and has one of those "in yer
face" personalities.
Diet cat food question08 Apr 2005 04:42 GMT5
My friend asked me a question about cat food and I don't know the question.
She has an overweight older cat and a slim 1 1/2 year old cat.  The
overweight cat is to go on diet food (she ate all the kitten food and the
kitten ate all the regular food).  My friend wants to know if ...
the funniest thing you ever saw...08 Apr 2005 01:41 GMT9
is two cats trying to get their heads inside a tissuebox (empty)
because meowmie was mean and put a teaspoon of catnip in there instead
of putting it down on the floor where it was easy to get to.
It was hysterical! Scout hasn't really been interested in catnip

Let's try a nurse08 Apr 2005 00:16 GMT8
Well, after the disaster last week with Cosmo and my ex-husband, today
I'm trying a new tack.  I've got a bona-fide RN friend coming in to do
the fluids, and she gets to do the needle while I hold him.  Maybe
*this* time it will work better!
My nose is numb!07 Apr 2005 22:17 GMT6
And Buster knows it.
Got back from the dentist a little while ago, and my face is still
numb from the shots. He is a very good dentist, where "very good" is
defined as "I felt very little pain" (big gap-toothed grin).
Urban hunting07 Apr 2005 22:16 GMT8
It has been nice and warm these last few days, good weather for walkies.
Last Sunday, I took Nikki out for a nice long walk.
For those of you who don't get snow, I have to explain something. In the
