OT:  This is just sick26 Mar 2005 20:53 GMT6
This has to be one of the sickest things I've seen.  The link below goes
to a website where someone who rescued a baby bunny is threatening to
eat the bunny unless people cough up $50,000.  I hope it is just a sick
joke.  I know people around the world eat rabbits and I'm not
Cosmo and Merlyn updates26 Mar 2005 19:35 GMT5
The meds seem to be helping Merlyn.  She still isn't meowing quite as
much as normal (she is normally a *chatterbox*), but she's sounding
strong when she does.
I tried to do Cosmo's fluids yesterday myself, thinking making DH was

Hmm, if this goes twice, I'm sorry.  Got a server error.
Have photos of the ferals that are around, I think the others are
camera shy ;).

A Vent from Snowball26 Mar 2005 17:29 GMT24
LO Catfolks
I'm a quiet sort of fellow normally but something serious has happened
and I need to express myself (vent, I think you call it) about it.
It's my 2nd Purrthday today: the official end of my kittenhood.
My clowder like "Catwoman"26 Mar 2005 17:09 GMT5
The "Catwoman" movie, IMHO, is not at /all/ true to the spirit of DC's
Selina Kyle character--but since the "cat woman" in the film /isn't/
Selina, I was actually able to quite enjoy this movie as some silly,
cheesy, but fun entertainment.

Stitches Out Today!26 Mar 2005 12:55 GMT16
Bandit is going back to the vet today at 5:30 to get her stitches taken out
(wish me luck holding her down and *away* from the vet during that!!!).  She
seems much better, but still acting a little depressed - I don't know
whether that's from the sorry condition she looks (this ...

Otis26 Mar 2005 09:32 GMT8
I do worry about him, with all he's been through in his life, he's
only got about 2 lives left now!  He's had: 1 broken leg (now pinned)
with pneumo thorax that he got falling of scaffolding.  Broken wrist
falling off balcony when he tried to catch a pigeon.
Persia's Length26 Mar 2005 04:18 GMT1
I couldn't measure her stretched out; she was too interested in the
measuring tape to sit still for that.  I did get her meatloafing length.
She's 18 inches long from hind to chest (doesn't count tail) - or 45.72
centimeters (according to a conversion chart I found online - don't ...
my crew ignores pawbreakers :(26 Mar 2005 03:58 GMT5
What a waste of $10. They aren't even curious. Send me $10 and your mailing
address if you want to try them.
Internet problems26 Mar 2005 03:34 GMT20
I am having problems with my ISP/phone company. We say the problem is
somewhere in their 30-40 year old lines and connecting greenboxes.
Ever since the high wind, rain, snow last Monday. Maybe there is a
short somewhere or a loose chip. It acts like a loose connection.

Mere has more...26 Mar 2005 02:04 GMT2
... of a tail than I'm used to in cats. She reminds me of the cartoon
character Marsupilami. I don't know how well it's known in other parts
of the world (I believe it's Belgian), so here's a link to a pic of
Marsupilami.
Back from the vet26 Mar 2005 00:10 GMT17
Willow needed some blood drawn and was unable to have any taken yesterday or
last week due to "feline noncompliance".  Can't say I blame her.  She got
sedated today and some blood was drawn.  She got a buzz cut on her neck
where they needed an artery.  Anyways, the results should be ...
