Bandit Update - Good News!10 Mar 2005 15:33 GMT25
I've had word from Bandit's vet that she came through the surgery just fine.
The necrotic tissue did not even go all the way through the skin, the

The cats are sabotaging my computer!10 Mar 2005 11:58 GMT3
I got a new cordless mouse and keyboard on the weekend and my cats
have decided to sabotage it. Maybe they think that without it I'll

This morning I came to use my computer and discovered that my keyboard

Sometimes, standing your ground just *works*.  I just got a call back from
that credit card company about my credit insurance.  After threatening to
hire a lawyer, saying I sent them written notification of my unemployment
status in plenty of time and they were at fault for not ...

Purrs for a friend and her cat (RB) :o(10 Mar 2005 10:23 GMT19
I just got off the phone with a good friend, who called in tears with the
news that she'd had to put her elderly cat down. :o(
Melissa was a dilute brown tabby kitty born in 1987, and my friend, Donna,
has had her since she was a kitten. But in the past few years, Melissa had
Oscar's too cute!10 Mar 2005 03:27 GMT1
For the last day or two, she's taken to lounging on the cat tree with her tail
wrapped around her so that she's covering at least one eye with the tail.  And
recently I've even caught her chewing the tip of her tail while up there!
I wish I could get pictures of this.  It's an ...

Hoping that all works out well for mom and babies and Pam!

They are having the party on Apr 9, which is the 140th anniversary of
the end of the Civil War. We aren't required to dress in period

You boop your friend next to you while at dinner. A group of us went
to a German place last night to eat. Out of the blue I decided to boop
Bryan. He jumped a mile and said "What the hell was that." So I had to
explain it to him. He thinks we're nuts.
Purrs for Buster, please09 Mar 2005 20:58 GMT33
Buster came in today, limping, favoring his right rear leg. When I
picked him up and examined it, her meowed sadly, and pulled it away.
So I skipped breakfast and took him off to the kitty doctor.
The nurse who examined him says it is an abscess, grabbed his
