Revenge for that guy wanting to hunt cats? "Cat Shoots Owner"16 Mar 2005 20:13 GMT21
See what that guy in Wisconsin started, with his "hunting cats" referendum?
;o) The Mothership appears to have gotten the word out. Now there are
kitties declaring, "Hunt THIS!"

We don't have three cats16 Mar 2005 17:35 GMT15
We took in our baby bitties (at age 3 weeks) just before we moved to
Halifax in August 2005.  We couldn't leave them in the trash where we
found them, nor could we make ourselves take them to the overburdened
Humane Society.  They were already struggling with taking in over 30
3/16 Get Fuzzy (cartoon)16 Mar 2005 17:25 GMT4
For some reason, this struck me as particularly funny:

The backstory is that Bucky, the cat, is supposed to join Poochy at a play

First, Tennessee gets a cold.  Has to take Amoxicillin drops 2x daily.  We
isolated him (against his wishes) in the bathroom, with food, water & his
own private litterbox.  He complained the whole time he was in there,
especially when it was time for the meds as he hates them.  ...

Purrs for Baby Needed16 Mar 2005 01:43 GMT10
Here in Houston, TX, a four-year-old boy was fighting with his two-year-old
brother over a toy.  The four-year-old went into his mother's purse, pulled
out her loaded gun, put the gun to his brother's head and pulled the
trigger.  The two-year-old is hanging on by a thread, they ...
Kitty Discovers a New Treat16 Mar 2005 01:00 GMT95
Tonight, the new cat (10 days and counting) has had a treat running
around in the small backyard, strictly not allowed normally, and was
going ballistic running from the front door along the hallway and out
the back door at full speed to pounce on the grass and kill it.  Again.

You all probably remember the woman I wrote about who had Lymphoma and had
developed it during her long awaited pregnancy.  She had had treatment
during the last trimester and went in for two rounds of aggressive chemo
right after the birth as well as a stem cell transplant.  ...
