The Force of Attraction Between the Human Tibia and Felis Domesticus13 Feb 2005 00:58 GMT3
I've noticed an interesting phenomenon regarding cats, shins,
food and how late I am for work. In general, cats appear to be
attracted to shins. This appears to be a relatively weak force,
usually resulting in nearby cats rubbing up against human shins.

Intensive Purrs Needed13 Feb 2005 00:30 GMT28
Holly, who just posted about her surgery Monday, didn't say what kind of
surgery, so I thought I'd let you all know that she needs really intensive
purring.
Holly had cancer surgery 2 year ago, but is still battling this dreadful
Question for those of you with the Turbo-Scratchers12 Feb 2005 23:16 GMT10
We got one for our 8, and they love it.  Any time of day or night, all of a
sudden, you can hear that ball spinning in it's track.  This usually happens

game of catching it ensues.  This has been going on ...

Meowmie bought some stuff on the internet, and Nikki got the box. She

Ultimate heaven...12 Feb 2005 17:01 GMT4
... for a box-and-bag-a-holic like Nikki: a paper bag *inside* a box! I
tried to get a picture, but it's too dark to see Nikki inside all that
paper and cardboard.
Which is your cat?12 Feb 2005 17:00 GMT9
This breeder noted some distinct personality types among his Oriental
Shorthairs, but I think we would all recognize these descriptions.
Note that the types may overlap or coexist in the same cat-- Stinky is
definitely a Lover, with a bit of Wild Man. ;)

Sometime a long long time ago, I talked about a book on yoga for cats
that my Mum gave herself for Xmas (so can't have been *that* long ago
after all). I finally checked the name of the authors, and this is it

would have been a lot more stressed if it weren't for you guys. And thanks
to you guys I picked up the signs soon enough, since there's occasionally
talk about blockages here, and helped me realize what ...

A long time ago DH and I shared a house with our best friend, Joe G.
Joe was an animal person and when we lived together we had cats, fish,
and a snake.  One of the cats was Sam.  He just showed up one day and
announced that from then on he lived there.

I figured I'd post here instead of emailing you, since you're out of town
for the 'holiday' weekend.
