What is the proper term to describe the experience when one is stretched
out, reading, and a warm cat chooses to lie down on a spot on one's back
that one did not even know was sore--until said cat's body heat,
purring, and gentle kneading makes it feel better?

Since I'm home at the house where I grew up and I'm reminiscing about
my childhood memories, I'd thought I'd start a topic about Holiday
traditions.  Things you and your families did EVERY year.
Here are a bunch of things that come to memory for me:

Those cardboard toilet paper and cardboard rolls are great, aren't

When Mommy wraps those presents, and uses all that crinkly paper--

We brought home a box full of groceries  just before Xmas Day (yesterday
here).   It was about 9 in. deep and two feet long by 2 feet wide.   I
dropped it over Bonnie's head and waited for her to go crazy.  No.  The
box became the mysterious travelling box.   She loved it.   ...

So while we were on vacation, we put our kitties in the Cat Nap Inn at the
vet's.  I have left them alone for three nights in an emergency before, but
