Jinglebell has the sniffles. Jinglebell has a crusty eye in the mornings.
Jinglebell is party to a kennel cold I do believe. We're going out of town
Sunday to visit Denver and give Abi a chance to play in the snow. The two

Punish only the bad posts - don't punish the poster.
When a group starts to shun a poster across the board, rejecting even
their good posts, then it is no longer a decent, well-functioning
social group. What it becomes instead is a cult of personality, where
Ping Pam (regarding Toad Suck)26 Dec 2004 21:13 GMT1
Pam,
I talked to the woman in Conway, Arkansas, and she said I could give you her
name and phone number and she would be happy to tell you anything you want
to know about Toad Suck.

We need a word...26 Dec 2004 20:14 GMT9
What is the proper term to describe the experience when one is stretched
out, reading, and a warm cat chooses to lie down on a spot on one's back
that one did not even know was sore--until said cat's body heat,
purring, and gentle kneading makes it feel better?

Holiday traditions (OT long - possible BW)26 Dec 2004 19:30 GMT15
Since I'm home at the house where I grew up and I'm reminiscing about
my childhood memories, I'd thought I'd start a topic about Holiday
traditions.  Things you and your families did EVERY year.
Here are a bunch of things that come to memory for me:
A Worthy Opponent26 Dec 2004 19:30 GMT2
Those cardboard toilet paper and cardboard rolls are great, aren't
they?  You know what's even BETTER?
When Mommy wraps those presents, and uses all that crinkly paper--
well, INSIDE the paper is A GIANT CARDBOARD TUBE.  It sneaked up in me
B & C & FSP - Party Time Box - A Christmas Story26 Dec 2004 19:30 GMT2
We brought home a box full of groceries  just before Xmas Day (yesterday
here).   It was about 9 in. deep and two feet long by 2 feet wide.   I
dropped it over Bonnie's head and waited for her to go crazy.  No.  The
box became the mysterious travelling box.   She loved it.   ...
OBSCENE badness at the kennel26 Dec 2004 19:20 GMT8
So while we were on vacation, we put our kitties in the Cat Nap Inn at the
vet's.  I have left them alone for three nights in an emergency before, but
five days alone was too much.
Smokey as usual was sucking up to everyone and being a love kitty.  They
Too funny!26 Dec 2004 16:45 GMT4
This video should not be played around kids due to language, but it's pretty
funny (at least to me).

Boyfriend seeks advice26 Dec 2004 13:47 GMT24
Hi, it's Boyfriend here.
I want to ask you kitties, like Persia, Frank, Weebles and all you others
who have sweethearts worldwise what to do.
Tortie, one of Nan's furkids, said she wanted to be my girlfriend, and was
[AW] Two Brothers26 Dec 2004 13:11 GMT7
If you are tender-hearted, *DO NOT* rent this movie.  It was in the
*children's* section at Hollywood Video, so I thought it would be a touching
little movie about two tiger cubs.  I had to quit watching it, it literally
made me sick to my stomach.  The tigers being killed left and ...
Mimi not feeling well.26 Dec 2004 12:29 GMT20
The past couple of days, Mimi has been 'off her feed' so to speak, only
nibbling at the food instead of gobbling it down with her usual gusto (I
guess she decided to put herself on a diet in order to lose some weight, so
we won't call her "butterball' any more).  She's also ...
