Does your cat like yogurt?30 Dec 2004 06:18 GMT16
My longtime female Kiki enjoys just about any yogurt she is offered.
Kitty doesn't like it yet. I tried dabbing some on his lips but no go.
Christmas memories30 Dec 2004 04:30 GMT4
Well, Eric and I are staying home this Christmas.  I'm glad to avoid the
stress and expense of travel, but sad that I won't be with my family.  Well,
Eric's my family, too, but you know what I mean.
Anyway, a little anecdote from before I met Eric:

First Time at Kitty Camp30 Dec 2004 01:50 GMT6
We were away for ten days and had to put our three cats in a boarding
kennel. We agonized for months over this and even considered canceling
our trip, but as it turned out, we didn't need to worry at all as they
came through the ordeal just fine and are back home is if nothing
Berfert is gone :-(30 Dec 2004 00:08 GMT70
Berfert started his trip to the bridge at a little after 3:00 PM EST.
He was not ready to go, and fought all the way, but his body just gave
up on him.  We're pretty sure that the cancer plus the pneumonia was
just too much for him to fight.
Whoops, I'm sorry!!29 Dec 2004 23:07 GMT12
Well, if you guys haven't read it by now, I'm all done with finals, and
I'm VERY happy.
So I decided to celebrate.....I felt that I had deserved it.
Anyways, a few beers later.....  :P
Sammy's competition... Time with Daddy29 Dec 2004 20:02 GMT4
Since Jingle has been here less than 48 hours, most of our giggles have
stemmed from spending time with Daddy. So taking a leaf from Sammy's book I
really feel like I should name these anecdotes "... with Daddy". LOL
Jinglebell has assumed all duties with covering Jody in as much ...
Sausalito's Sunday Dinner29 Dec 2004 20:02 GMT5
These events happened a long time ago when Sausalito (Sasa) lived at
my mother's house and so did I.  We always sat down to a Sunday dinner
which was a relaxing meal where the family could talk over  the events
of the week.  Occasionally, my sister and I would get into a row over
Has anyone heard from Britta?29 Dec 2004 18:22 GMT8
I don't post often but I've been lurking a long time and I'd swear that
Britta is in the area of that huge earthquake/tsunami.  Am I wrong?

I really feel the need to lighten things up again, so I'd like to make an
observation that has me grinning right now.
Sammy, at almost 9 months old, is still sucking her toe.  She likes to get
on my lap, of curl up on the couch next to me so she can knead Mommy while
James Bond movies. What is the name of Bloefeld's Persian cat?29 Dec 2004 16:21 GMT2
SPike Tv has been running James Bond movies all week long, and that
"evil' Persian of Enrnst Bloefeld's keeps showing up. However, no name
is atributed. I haven't looked carefully at the credits, nor read any
of the Ian Fleming books, which could have a name for him/her. ANy

Scarlett29 Dec 2004 04:56 GMT24
I realize I haven't posted any updates, but I don't have much to
tell. She went back to TED today and they took a bunch (!) of blood
to test her for various things. FIV/FLV was one I was going to have
done again anyway, but they're also testing for toxoplasmosis, and
Tabby-morphisis29 Dec 2004 04:38 GMT4
We've coined a term in our house:  tabby-morphisis
In our house, we have two tabbies - Pixel and Sneakers. They are best
buddies, and both like to play. Sometimes I will be playing with Pixel
