I demand a refund!11 Dec 2004 12:24 GMT8
...of all the tuition I've ever paid for so-called "education."  All of
my many years in school have not given me the ability to make it stop
raining, and Pippin is disgusted with me.  Everytime I opened the back
door for him, it was raining. Even after he waited a whole minute
some cats never learn11 Dec 2004 03:45 GMT20
Could I have a few purrs for Jasper please?  He's got himself into a
fight with something (probably over food) and has a lovely abcess to
show for it. He's currently in TED's, awaiting surgery tomorrow.  Carrie
is wandering around the house somewhat confused.
Progress or fluke?11 Dec 2004 01:07 GMT16
Last night was the best night since Nanki-Poo joined our household.
Although there were some minor skirmishes and a lot of name-calling
during the day, all was peaceful when I went to bed.
Lindy was elsewhere when Nanki-Poo decided to come up for a cuddle.  He
cat comics11 Dec 2004 00:26 GMT3
Every now and then, the online comic SinFest will do a strip about Pooch and
Percival, a dog and cat.  Anyhoo, there's a new series up about them.  Master
takes Pooch to the park; Percy gets to stay home alone.

[OT] Bubbels Question for Yowie10 Dec 2004 21:15 GMT8
Yowie, you seem to be our resident expert, but maybe someone else will know
the answer also...
Does the current "bullet" bubbel change color when a new row is dropped
down?  Maybe I'm just being too quick on the trigger, or maybe I'm seeing
You can't always get what you want ...10 Dec 2004 19:24 GMT1
But if you try sometimes ...
Well, you know the song.
Some folks may recall that I recently mentioned my lack of a "talking" friend.
Lots of people to "do stuff" with, but no one with whom I can sit down and
Kira could use some purrs10 Dec 2004 19:10 GMT52
My niece's cat Kira, who just gave birth to five kittens, has some sort
of infection and didn't eat properly Wed-Thur. She and the whole litter
saw TED yesterday, and Kira was given a course of antibiotics. She's not
producing a lot of milk, and the kittens are not putting on ...
Lynxie causing typos!10 Dec 2004 19:10 GMT10
So I'm sitting there typing and all of a sudden I notice that the
letters on the screen are no longer the ones I'm typing. Since this is a
problem (you can't read the text anymore), I look down, and...
...it turns out Lynxie, who was lying down against the keyboard, decided

Need to find a new vet10 Dec 2004 15:19 GMT16
I'm really bummed. When Shadow was so sick, I had to change his vet 3
times because no one knew how to get rid of his diarrhea. I thought I
found a gem, but today I called to ask about Rhett and Scarlett's
neuter appt next week, and left a message to have TED call me back.
Another survey, on topic this time10 Dec 2004 14:34 GMT45
This is a group for cat lovers, cat slaves and so on. But I have never
really understood why the word dog should be written as d*g?
Do you people out there really hate dogs? I don't, I would never have a dog
myself, too much work I think, getting up at 5:30 AM to take it for a
Doggie Santa Suits10 Dec 2004 12:04 GMT6
I just finished making fifteen doggie Santa Suits in various sizes. I've been
working on them for days. The Girl Scouts are walking some of the Humane
Society's dogs in the Christmas parade.
And you guys just thought I didn't have a life.
Roscoe Got A Home10 Dec 2004 12:00 GMT11
Roscoe is packing his little sack today. He got a home, not the one I hoped
for, but a good one. One of the RN's where my daughter works is taking him. The
only thing I hate is there are not anyother cats there, I'm afraid he will be
lonely. But nurses in my experience make very ...
New Rosco Pics10 Dec 2004 11:45 GMT16
I got some new pics of the kitten and wanted to show you all how good his eyes
look. It was amazing how bad that eye infection was, and how quickly it cleared
up. I think he's ready to home. He's started using the big-boy litterbox
TODAY!!
