The weather's lousy out tonight. It's rained heavily all day, and now

Sumo, who you can't help but love, is one of those cats who drinks out
of the faucet.  Since we have four who drink this way, we usually let
it trickle during periods when everyone is awake.  Three of them turn

My brother sent me a text message today telling me that his Springer
Spaniel, Maggie, had a grand mal seizure today. He got her to the vet
and got a prescription for some meds, and should get the results of her
blood work back tomorrow.

I sometimes get a little confused as to when our garbage is picked up, so
this morning, I consulted the schedule,  and put the bag right at the door
so I wouldn't forget to take it out. Betsy decided to open it up and see
