| bad weather = clingy boy | 06 Nov 2004 09:10 GMT | 4 |
The weather's lousy out tonight. It's rained heavily all day, and now it's extra windy. The balcony doors are rattling from the force of the wind, and there's towels under the windows to soak up the water that leaks in around the frames.

| The little Dickens! | 06 Nov 2004 02:40 GMT | 4 |
It seems that Brandy is discovering her ambition in life. I think she wants to be a writer. I've gotten back into my writing seriously six months or so ago, when I finally stopped associating writing with chain-smoking. I'll be sitting

Cats don't like oranges. Baggy just knocked an orange off the table and spent ten minutes batting round the room. I was laughing so much, he had that wide eyed f'rocious cat look on his face. He seems particularly happy today.

Have any of you ever sent cats cross-country via airline? If so, what were your experiences like? I'm still having no luck at all getting my dispatchers to send me loads that might move me towards the midwest and the kitten I want so

Most of you read about the Siamese that got into our basement through a doggie door. He was wearing a very tight flea collar (removed immediately and Frontline applied). He had his first vet visit this evening, he has tested negative for FELV &

| [OT] Halloween ettiquette | 05 Nov 2004 13:03 GMT | 57 |

This is my little rescue from late April. She's now a little over 6 months old and has just been spayed. We found her while cleaning the yard. My roommate reached for a clod of dirt next to a fence post and found it had fur and claws and teeth. Feral

My brother sent me a text message today telling me that his Springer Spaniel, Maggie, had a grand mal seizure today. He got her to the vet and got a prescription for some meds, and should get the results of her blood work back tomorrow.

| That Long, Measuring Stare | 05 Nov 2004 03:16 GMT | 8 |
I sometimes get a little confused as to when our garbage is picked up, so this morning, I consulted the schedule, and put the bag right at the door so I wouldn't forget to take it out. Betsy decided to open it up and see what was inside. I yelled at her to get out of it. She sat ...
