An official de-lurk17 Nov 2004 00:49 GMT6
Okay, I did post and sort of de-lurk before... but then my computer died
and I was forced off of Usenet for a while. The cats were very pleased
that I was no longer paying attention to this strange glowing box rather
than them. They weren't so pleased that I shifted my attention ...
Dulce Mae hates thieves16 Nov 2004 22:48 GMT1
Dulce Mae is the abndoned black girl kitty that we feed. She is
sweet-natured, loving, and bouncy. When she comes inside, she almost
hops like a bunny.
But Dulce has another side too. She doesn't care for boy kitties, and
Announcing . . .16 Nov 2004 17:44 GMT49
A new addition to my feline family!
Apparently he was in a household with several cats, and then the people
moved away and abandoned all the cats.  Somebody trapped them, but he
had been on his own for quite a while, and is rather thin.
OT: Ping, Bonbon16 Nov 2004 17:14 GMT7
Hey Bonbon. Guess what my house smells like?
Molly is coming around16 Nov 2004 14:49 GMT12
Right now Molly is sleeping on the computer desk a foot away from me.
Curled into a ball with one hind leg covering her eyes and both front paws
holding the leg in place.
Last night when Charlie got out the plates and the knife to prepare their
New kitty appears16 Nov 2004 12:06 GMT17
I know almost all the cats in the neighbourhood and roughly where they
belong.  However in the past week I have seen one on my path twice that I
don't recognise at all.
He/she is white with black face and patches on the back, a bit like Stinky.

Going for a ride with daddy16 Nov 2004 06:58 GMT7
All this good news about little Harri just reminded me of a time when
I had taken our Misty (RB) with me for a drive.  Misty, as I'm sure
I've mentioned, loved rides in the pickup and when she was an only
cat, traveled with us through twenty-two states one vacation when we
Update on Ping/Mimi is a butterball16 Nov 2004 02:17 GMT2
Ping seems to be making himself at home more and more every day.  He's
getting that kitten-energy back, playing with the occasional mousie and
wailing on the TED doll (yes I have one - it's ancient, dirty (I've washed
it and all that cat-slobber is on it permanently), and I ...
[Totally OT] Fruit Theology16 Nov 2004 01:28 GMT36
'Tis the start of Mango season here in the antipodes, and yesterday I had
the pleasure and delight on consuming my first one for the season, and a
mighty fine specimen it was too.
Whilst enjoying its heady delights, I mentioned in passing that the Mango
Thanks, again....16 Nov 2004 00:34 GMT7
to everyone for the purrs. Special thanks to those who sent
contributions for the bill. The bill is not only paid in full, but
there's a $100 credit. When told that the bill was paid, the last
person who called in went ahead and gave $100 for future costs.

lol.

Supervisors in training15 Nov 2004 12:47 GMT9
So I was out clearing leaves today. Had the leaf blower going. The
kittens "sick" room has a window that looks out to the sidewalk and
the front yard, and while I was clearing leaves, I look in the window
and there are my two new supervisors sitting on the kitty condo
RPCA Christmas Card Exchange?15 Nov 2004 03:09 GMT8
Are we doing a Christmas Card exchange again this year? If
no one is running it, I'm happy to organise it.

Luker Comes Out15 Nov 2004 02:50 GMT9
I have been lurking a while and have decided to say Hello to everybody. I
have three cats and one d*g at home. The two male cats(fixed) are Memphus
and Black Onyx. They are outdoor cats, especially since the d*g came to my
house. Sorry, no pictures of them yet. Memphus is a grey ...
