Sammy's latest TED ;-))08 Oct 2004 14:23 GMT16
Good news about Sammy today. I picked up her from her day-long ordeal
at TED a little while ago, and was happy with the test results. When
we got home her momma, LB, got a whiff of that TED smell, and hissed
when Sammy ran up to her. Sammy stopped short, and LB approached

We're still purring up a storm for Francis to have many more happy
years.

Too LOng. Happy Birthday Yoda08 Oct 2004 13:11 GMT38
He's 12 now.
We got him a chenille throw. He loves to knead soft things and lie on them. He
loves it and has claimed it already. A good gift for a senior citizen cat, I

Rock 'n roll cat08 Oct 2004 08:56 GMT2
How about this? One of my two Devon Rex cats, Teti, found a new way of
having a good time this morning.
We were playing as usual, me trying to catch him, him running two feet ahead
of me until he surrendered and asked to be picked up and cuddled. But today
Latest news on "the eye"08 Oct 2004 06:43 GMT98
Well, I had to go back to the hospital today for an opinion on my recently
operated upon eye.
I won't bore you with how long it was after my appointment time, that I was
seen.  Hours.  Anyway, I had my operation on Sept 7.  Last week I was in
Sammy and the Stairs08 Oct 2004 03:48 GMT19
I have to preface this a bit.  I have a really weird house (which is why I
found it so charming and decided to buy it despite the amount of work it
needs).  My front porch goes up to the middle of the two floors and the
front door opens to a stair landing.  When you enter the front ...
China?08 Oct 2004 02:15 GMT14
There's a possibility that I could get a long-term posting in China with the
company I work for. The oppurtunity would be fantastic, Joel would love it
and I think it would be great for Cary to be immersed in another culture and
language whilst he can still learn language the ...
OT: San Francisco TV show about animal emotions08 Oct 2004 00:35 GMT4
For those of you who live near San Francisco and can get KQED (ch 9),
this looks like an interesting show. (I will try to tape it so others
in the US might be able to see it, too.)

Don't do that!08 Oct 2004 00:29 GMT2
As I write this, there is a very contented cat being a wrist rest for
my right hand.  It makes it  7478 sort of hard to type.  Well, now
she's laying on my right hand and I'm typing under her -- it's a
little easier.

Hi, Everyone
Last weekend I took Patty to Shiprock, New Mexico, for the annual
Northern Navajo fair. There were hundreds of booths set up by Navajo
craftsmen selling their wares. Mostly it's craft projects they've worked
