Ping Victor - OT20 Sep 2004 11:04 GMT10
Victor, how is your mom doing on her road to recovery from her surgery?  Is
she still staying with your sister, or is she able to cope on her own now?
We're still sending purrs, cybers hugs, happy thoughts, and meatloaf
meditations that she'll continue to improve swiftly and ...
for CatNipped20 Sep 2004 08:27 GMT2
Greetings CatNipped,
I was wondering if you would re-post Bandits Story please.
I was talking to a lady friend of mine last night and mentioned Bandits
story and she was very interested in reading it, but my newsreader has

Or: Guys, this is another good reason to leave the seat down. Both of

Our Brandy has an unnatural, uncatty fixation on things watery. When I'm
in the shower she gets on the edge of the tub and shadowboxes my @rse
Rhonda's back tomorrow20 Sep 2004 04:16 GMT19
I will have to admit I was a little nervous with the rescue group taking
her to a distant vet, but I got this message late tonight:
Dear Dad,  I have been a really good little girl this week and I know
you would be proud of me.  I used my very best manners and was on my
Going to the store20 Sep 2004 03:19 GMT1
Just got back from going to the store for this week's ration of
catfood. It was a slow day, so when I went to check out it was just me
and three cashiers. My cashier mentioned commented on my purchase (5
pound bag of cockatiel feed, cat food, and a soda). Then we all

Mistoffelees and Grizzy went to the local cat home 2 hours ago. Flat
is so quiet.
It was a battle to get Mistoffelees into the box and took me half an
hour. He growled and fought the whole time. Grizzy went is no problem
Bobbi's kittens visit TED20 Sep 2004 00:50 GMT2
I took Bobbi's kittens to TED a few days ago for their little *snip* *snip*
before leaving here for their new homes.
They were not impressed when no breakfast appeared for them the morning of
their op, I bundled them into the carry cage for the trip into town, their
The Chronicles of Frank I (LONG)19 Sep 2004 23:29 GMT8
This comes very late for the writing challenge, but like many elderly
people, Frank feels the need to set down his life and write his
autobiography, and since his life has been a long and eventful one, I
told him he'd better break it up in chapters. I hope he will write more
Force field repels cat!19 Sep 2004 19:49 GMT7
Our family room is separated from the kitchen by two steps down on one
side of the room, and by a banister railing the rest of the width of the
room.  A recent furniture re-arrangement has left the railing clear on
the kitchen side, and on both sides near the steps.  The space ...
POLL:  What color is your cats' claws19 Sep 2004 18:44 GMT46
I got an email from a person asking about claw colors.  Her cat, Suki,
has black claws, as does my cat QC.  Someone told her that black claws
are rare.  So I'm wondering.  What Color(s) are your cats' claws.
Pam S.: 6 cats with white (or translucent) claws, 1 cat with black Claws

rescued kittens (KF warning!)19 Sep 2004 16:33 GMT5
Here's a picture of two rescued babies from hurricane Frances. (At least,
I think it's Frances - it says "St. Cloud", but I always thought that
was in Minnesota. But as far as I know, there aren't any big storms going
on in MN...)

could help as she knows I love cats, the old lady that the cat owned, has
Well Now We know19 Sep 2004 13:25 GMT37
When I got home from work today, QC was laying on my side of the bed,
and I wanted to lay down.  So I grabbed my hairbrush, the one for really
tangled hair, and proceeded to brush QC's long thick fur.  I rarely, for
obvious reasons, brush QC's underside, but today I did. I got ...
