Harvey's eating tuna07 Sep 2004 00:37 GMT2
I got exasperated with Harvey refusing all the food he was eating a week ago. I
found some tuna and he sucked that up like a vacum cleaner.

Moe the Huntress06 Sep 2004 23:38 GMT2
Saturday evening, as DH & I were preparing for bed (while watching the
news), Moe came into the living room, playing with what looked like a twisty
(cloth or plastic covered wire ties, normally used to close bread
wrappings), but she was being very protective of it - she wasn't ...

I hope I did the above right.  This is the first time I've ever tried
it.
Most of you will remember my birthday post, about the two kittens and
PING CK - Q about Mozilla Thunderbird06 Sep 2004 19:12 GMT3
Hey Christine,
I had to start using Mozilla at work, so thought I'd start using it at
home too. I've downloaded Thunderbird, and it works ok. The only problem
is, I can't create a signature. For the life of me, I can't find out how
How I Came to Rule My Home - by Joe Kitty06 Sep 2004 18:47 GMT5
(Side note:  Joe Kitty came into my life at age 3 months, and 7+ pounds.  He
is now 2 years old and about 19 lbs of orange fluff, all Maine Coon kitten
through and through.)
I was young, I was naive, I didn't know what I was looking for.  I wasted my
GW: An "Expression" of love ;)06 Sep 2004 18:47 GMT8
OK, an indelicate subject BUT. Pearl was looking for some lovin' as I was
reading the newsgroup and she was stepping on my laptop when, all of the
sudden, I could *smell* something *aweful*. My lovely Black Pearl apparently
had an overload of anal secretions. I'm sorry to say some ...
Bags are fun06 Sep 2004 18:47 GMT7
Yes they are!  Expecially big ones.  Because I can crouch outside
them, and then charge into them and crash into the back, sending the
whole thing sliding across the floor.  Then I can turn around, and
hide inside the bag, and wait unseen for a likely victim, then aim,

Sad day for trees06 Sep 2004 15:34 GMT25
One of Nikki's favourite places to go for walkies used to be a little copse
beside our block of flats. Used to be.
I've been too tired to go out with Nikki in the evenings after work now that
I'm back at work, but yesterday I had a burst of energy, and asked Nikki if
picture of Cinders06 Sep 2004 07:46 GMT2
I got a cell phone with a built-in camera a few days ago, and tried
it out with pictures of my cat Cinders and several photos on a trip
to the zoo.  The zoo pictures were disappointing (the photos don't
have enough pixels to show much details), but the picture of Cinders
Bandit's Story - TW06 Sep 2004 05:55 GMT45
Warning, I am in a very dark mood right now and I'm hating the cruelty of
the world, in fact I'm crying because I just can't stand the fact that some
people can cause such pain to others and to innocent creatures who don't
even understand why they're being hurt.
[OT] Purrs for Russian kids06 Sep 2004 00:58 GMT23
Don't know if you folks know, but terrorists in Russia are keeping over 300
people as hostages in a school, a fair percentage of those children on their
first day. Its been going on for 3 days now, and the terrorists still
haven't allowed food into the site.

B&L may be MCs05 Sep 2004 21:50 GMT9
I sent pics of Billy & Lilly to the breeder who gave me Abelard. She used to
also raise Maine Coons. She said they look like MCs to her. I hope she's
right, because I *adore* the MC breed!
