[Really OT!] Price Estimate Help25 Aug 2004 14:07 GMT11
I'm thinking about selling the sectional couch in my living room. It's
3 pieces - a 3 cushion hide-a-bed, a 2 cushion loveseat (1 side is a
semi-recliner), and a matching corner table that goes between the 2
couches. It's in fair condition and I think it would work well in
The Quantum Leap25 Aug 2004 14:05 GMT2
Nina has discovered this week that jumping is not only about "up" and
"down."  She has discovered the power of the lateral hop. Now the little
rascal can get from the bedroom windowsill to my bookcase, a short hop
across to the bed, then the bedside table, my computer desk, and the ...
Vet Tech journals 625 Aug 2004 14:02 GMT9
This is another entry in the Vet tech journals, but it's more of a
vent.
I have this co-worker Mike.  He's been in the field for 15 yrs and has

What can I do for Baby Eyes?25 Aug 2004 13:22 GMT23
Her skin is very irritated whith scaly sores that never heal, all over her
neck, head, chest and shoulders, and even a little bit on her butt area.
We've tried steroids and Ovaban, anti-fungal and antibiotic creams, various
herbal soothing salves and oils. It isn't a flea allergy ...
More Buster and Little Feet pictures25 Aug 2004 09:54 GMT14
I finally got some pictures of Little Feet and Buster together.
Well,sort of.
They were both looking out the window, and saw that I had the camera
out, so they posed a little bit.
Sammy Update25 Aug 2004 09:16 GMT8
AARRGGGHHHH!  I couldn't make an appointment with the new vet because of the
hours I and my DH work (I can't take any more time off work or I'll be in
big trouble, same with DH), so we had to take her back to the vet who ...

Kitty Fatcat24 Aug 2004 23:56 GMT2
Well, since Kitty had her brush with death, and got injections from TED she
has almost not stopped eating.
As we speak, she is scarfing down Boyfriend's food while he is asleep on my
chair.

Cats shed; some more than others. For most cats, summer is spent
shedding the winter underfur. It takes all summer to do this. It ends
just in time for them to start growing new underfur for the new
winter.
Finally reading the group properly 24 Aug 2004 05:19 GMT3
Well, I've finally got myself a nice DSL connection at home and am
learning to read the newsgroup in the proper way, i.e. with a cat curled
in my lap and another purring at my shoulder. It's much nicer than
grabbing a quick look at my desk at work during my lunch or tea break.
I had a dream about Fireball.24 Aug 2004 05:10 GMT23
Today is the one week anniversary of Fireball going to the RB, I had a dream about him. It was wonderful. In my dream, I knew he was gone, and this is how he looks over the bridge. He was on the bed with me, and rubbing all over me. He has this snaggle tooth that he would rub all ...

Out on an island - not too big and not too small, but just right - outside
the southwestern coast of Finland, two black and white cats are bustling

My cat walks on its hind legs24 Aug 2004 03:26 GMT30
I picked up a cat from a shelter, no particular breed, short-haired. I
have related the following story to several fellow cat owners, all of
whom reacted with disbelief.
Five times over the past three years, I have seen my cat rear up on
