Orange Kitten Tummy Slut20 Jun 2004 05:10 GMT6
I stopped at the pet supply store today, and noticed a new addition--
an orange kitten, about 5 weeks old -- his brothers and sisters were
still in the back-- he's the early explorer of the family, already
testing out all the cat furniture.  Oh, he is going to be quite the
Invisible Frank20 Jun 2004 00:21 GMT11
We had some plumbers doing some work outside today with a big machine that was
very loud. Frank got scared, and got under the dining room tablecloth, like he
does a lot lately.
The men came inside so I could pay them. I noticed one of them kept glancing
Another use for kitty stroller19 Jun 2004 23:05 GMT24
We found yet another good use for the kitty stroller.  Evacuating the
premisis!  We had a strong thunder storm roll thru this afternoon and
our building was hit by lightening.  I felt and smelled it!  The
building's fire alarms started blaring for s few seconds, stopped for
Persia UTI Recurrence19 Jun 2004 22:50 GMT17
I had to go ahead and take Persia for boarding this morning rather than this
afternoon.  I found her urinating outside the box and there was blood in the
urine.  So, I scooped her up (YOWLLLLLLLL) and went ahead and took her to
her vet where she boards.  I explained the situation so ...

Hey all,
I know Christmas is a long way off but I like to start shopping
early. Anyway I have 2 nephews belonging to 2 different brothers of
mine. One is 3 and the other is 2. Being single and not having kids, I
Harvey: Things to know19 Jun 2004 22:16 GMT10

Willow: Then talk. Keep eye contact. Funny is good, but don't be glib. And

Feline Specialist? (long again - sorry)19 Jun 2004 10:45 GMT20
Sunday afternoon, DH and I were to take Mike in for sub-q fluids from
the vet tech when she was there to feed the boarders; however, when we
arrived TED himself was there instead, and we were able to talk
uninterrupted for a bit while the IV bag emptied itself into Mikey.  I
Newborn Transport...LONG19 Jun 2004 06:48 GMT11
This past Thursday as I was coming back here(far North Dallas/Collin County)
via Hwy 380...a coyote ran across my path in hot pursuit of what appeared to
be a fat cat....I screeched my car to a halt.... grabbed my flashlight and
gave chase...long story short...I ran the coyote off.. ...
Just call me Lizzie19 Jun 2004 04:54 GMT29
Well, Robin wouldn't leave his "ouchie" alone so it could heal. So,
today I got him an Elizabethan Collar. It took two of us to snap it on
him. Then Jeff set Robin down on the floor.
He immediately started trying to back away from it. It came with him.
I NEED YOUR HELP!19 Jun 2004 01:35 GMT24
I thought our little family was complete.   Then my "adopted" daughter
(long story) called.
Vicki:  Wanna hear a sad story?
Renee:   No, I can't.  Dont ask me.
Kitty Water Fountains19 Jun 2004 01:20 GMT22
Sweetie has gotten pretty demanding about "Turn the bathroom faucet on for
me!  Now!"
So I went out and got a fountainy thing - BUT - when I got it home I
realized the basin/bowl is made of plastic, and Sweetie is prone to kitty
We Met! The Shirks in Albuquerque19 Jun 2004 01:20 GMT6
Pam and her wonderful family stopped by our house on their trip west on
Tuesday night -- we ate, talked about our respective "masters", Dungeons and
Dragons, politics, and a bazillion other things, often at the same time, so
the volume level often got quite high! I know my DH, Byron ...
Some purrs would be appreciated18 Jun 2004 22:20 GMT24
I could use some purrs on a couple of different issues.
First is a minor medical thing. I've had a sore throat, ear ache, and
cough for about two weeks now. It's become quite painful, and is a
constant thing. I know a simple quik trip to the doctor would fix me

Turkey time for Simba18 Jun 2004 20:49 GMT15
I care for two indoor only cats with free run of the house.  They are
allowed to go anyplace inside EXCEPT the kitchen counter and stove
top.  Well, as this is the place the "people food" appears from – the
cats lounge on the counter anyway!  Well, last night J. and I made a
