Bonnie - Out of the Frying Pan ....27 Jun 2004 01:02 GMT8
Some may remember Clyde's adventure in the hot spa bath or even the
adventures of B & C when they went swimming in the washtub.  I have a
new one.
DH is very careful when he cooks his poached eggs and always immediately

I sure hope this works as I'm not experienced in loading photos but here
goes:
Our family met the Shirk family in Albuquerque in early June and had lots of

NEW KITTEN26 Jun 2004 22:28 GMT8
I wanted to bring you all up-to-date.
The names you suggested were wonderful!   We tried most of them on him
and finally settled on Rocky  --  but even that didn't sound quite
right.  Today we found the right one  --  a bit glamourous, true;

Dear Harvey Cat26 Jun 2004 21:31 GMT1
1) We, the humans, are not pleased that you take time to ponder whether or not
you want in. It's HOT outside and we have no paitence. -That- is why you had to
wait outside a while longer.
2) On better news, thank you for ignoring the guinea pig. Xander probably
OT: Dog melts murderer's heart26 Jun 2004 21:01 GMT5
This story is incredible. The friend who sent it to me wondered if it was
an urban legend, but it's from Reuters, so hopefully they checked out the
story.
They say this guy is "mentally disturbed". That's an understatement!
Thanks from Dan26 Jun 2004 19:36 GMT1
I have passed on all the purrs, prayers, good thoughts, and sympathy to
my son Dan, and he asked me to thank everyone.  He finds it very
comforting to know so many people care.

Yoga Kitty26 Jun 2004 18:40 GMT3
With all my fuss and kerfuffle over Francesca and TK this week, Panther, the
senior cat of the household has been getting the short end of the stick when
it comes to attention, around here. Or so he informs me.  I think he REALLY
wishes I'd stop coming home with new kittens. =o)  ...
Catching up - sending purrs and strange behavior from Hobbes25 Jun 2004 22:45 GMT11
I've been in and out for the past month or two and although I read at
least the original posts I haven't had a chance to respond. I just
wanted everyone to know that they have been getting purrs from Hobbes,
Selena and Lacey and healing, soothing, get home quick, etc thoughts
My Kind of Host!25 Jun 2004 22:21 GMT15
Last night I went to a a board of directors meeting for the shelter held in the
home of another board member, a very distinguished gentleman who is a retired
corporate attorney. He had set a beautiful table, a formal dining room,
complete with a wonderful presentation of china & ...
Scary morning25 Jun 2004 19:30 GMT23
My cats Mimi and Patchy are basically indoor cats that can go out into my
completely enclosed yard. I have eight foot fences so they can't get out. Every
little possible escape route is barricaded. I wouldn't have a kitty door that
allowed them to go outside if my yard weren't ...

Mike Report Part 2 (long)25 Jun 2004 16:01 GMT15
Mike went back to the new TED for a recheck today.  I was very, very
worried, because I was too depressed to post it, but he'd been getting
more and more listless, and we've been force feeding him baby food for
2 days as he would NOT eat on his own.  Our regular TED has been
Taking liberties25 Jun 2004 12:52 GMT5
I forgot to mention this this morning. I fell about laughing. The cat food is
placed in bowls in the utility room, and the outside door of the utility is
kept open during the day as the cats have free access to the outside, and are
free-fed, as that way it stops a certain one-eyed ...
