Tornado Watches/Warnings01 Jun 2004 07:19 GMT10
About 8:00 CST in the Memphis area, I'm talking with my old/new love on the
phone when suddenly the tornado siren in front of my apartment complex goes
off.  Oh, great, hon, I think I may need to get off the phone.  He's in the
Dallas area doing an art show; we meet in Kansas City ...

I'm so mad that Dennis has the good camera with him.  I will add a picture

Dexter's Haircut01 Jun 2004 05:58 GMT8
My daughter just sent me a pic of her cat. He's a Maine Coon, and has long fur
that tends to be greasy. She gets him shaved every summer. I used to think it

first language, and when she said "the kittens now reside in their new
homes" she really meant, "the kittens WILL SOON reside in their new
Advice for Robin's ouchie01 Jun 2004 04:00 GMT16
I just noticed Robin has what looks like a busted abcess in front of
his left ear and a tiny puncture in front of the other ear: typical
spots for a clinch in a cat fight. I wiped it with hydrogen peroxide
and dried it with another cotton ball. Since then I have caught him
cat sitting for Biscuit girl01 Jun 2004 03:50 GMT6
I'm staying at a friend's house this weekend (about 40 miles away) to
take care of Biscuit, her sweet, chubby, blue-eyed tortie girl. This
kitty loves attention! One game she likes is for a person to chase her
down the long hallway to her cat tree. It's pretty funny to see her
Requesting Snake Update01 Jun 2004 01:05 GMT7
Well, Sherry, did you ever get Mr. Slither out from your basement? Or are
you still guarding the top of the staircase from snake entry?:-) Liz
