Ending Happy Hour For D*gs20 Apr 2004 18:30 GMT1
City Throws Tantrum - Real ****-in-the-manger...
Alexandria, Virginny -- No more lunch with your pooch. The city was known
for being d*g-friendly. But now it's cracking down on restaurants that serve
d*gs as well as their owners on outside patios.
BIRDS, BIRDS, BIRDS!20 Apr 2004 04:35 GMT9
The other day  --  as a result of a long and rather complex research
project  --  I suddenly found myself on an Audubon Society web page.
Now these are probably very nice people, if you get to know them over a
glass of champagne or a taste of caviar  --  but have you ever READ that
Betty's meowmie20 Apr 2004 04:19 GMT24
This is bedtime story as told to me by Betty.  I don't know whether
it's based on fact or is fictional.
When I was just a little kitten, my meowmie picked me.  She looked at
all my brothers and sisters and said that I was the best behaved.  I

Evelyn,
I can't get email to you.  I tried sending a message where I typed in your

How do you move an "outdoor" cat?19 Apr 2004 20:19 GMT10
I need some help.  Brownie is a semi-feral that I adopted a little
over a year ago.  I have now moved into another house not far from the
old one.  I  have moved Brownie over here three times.  I have tried
to keep him confined for a few days, and he does not like it at all.

Deo is still King19 Apr 2004 19:42 GMT9
There is no doubt about it, Deo still reigns supreme.   There was a
frightful lot of screaming and yowling yesterday and I went out to find
Clyde cowering by the back door.   Deo was there and administering a
hiding.  The girls had vanished long ago and appeared later looking back

Too much time with the cats?19 Apr 2004 10:37 GMT12
I am wondering if I am being too influenced by the boys; since I am
with at least one cat at all times, at home and at work, there is No
Escape from their powerful mind control.  I have noticed a positive
effect, though, and may consider going into the world domination
Walkies with Nikki19 Apr 2004 10:08 GMT5
It was a glorious sunny day on Sunday, and I went out with Nikki on her
harness. They are building a new road close to our house, and at this stage
in the construction, there are huge piles of sand around there. Of course,
Nikki took the opportunity to have a nice long sand bath:
