| Cat IQ test. | 10 Mar 2004 21:16 GMT | 18 |
Stolen from another news group. I thought this was interesting. You might have some fun. My Max scored 102. Funny because he is a short hair Manx, which had the highest average score for breeds. Well I said he was cute, I never said he was smart. Head butts to all, Lisa. Dog or ...

| I miss my group time :( | 10 Mar 2004 15:27 GMT | 10 |
I really miss just sitting back and reading all the posts and participating in the discussions. Sheesh, real life just gets in the way of all that good stuff huh? I want to just let everyone know that I am alive and I am thinking of them and their master furrballs.

| I met Susan! | 10 Mar 2004 13:43 GMT | 12 |
I picked up Susan at the airport yesterday afternoon. We had a great time together. She is a lovely person and we really enjoyed her company. The cats loved her as well. She brought toys for the kids, wine for us, a cookbook for me and a picture book for Tom. We had a great ...

| Job purrs update | 10 Mar 2004 04:02 GMT | 29 |
After a couple of years working jobs I hate and a couple of weeks not working at all, I finally have a shot at a job I could really enjoy. I'm scheduled to begin new-driver orientation with a trucking company here in southern CA on Sunday morning. If all goes well, by late ...

| Video of Susan playing with Victor's cats | 10 Mar 2004 03:57 GMT | 31 |
I figured out how to edit and compress the video I took. I put it on the RPCAPhotos group on Yahoo (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RPCAPhotos/files). The format is Windows Media and it's almost 4MB in size, my apologies if you can't open this

| Has anyone used Stain Buddy for pet stains yet? | 10 Mar 2004 02:51 GMT | 1 |
I've got to tell you. I saw this stuff on QVC and bought it on www.stainbuddy.com. It works on EVERYTHING. I have a lot of older dogs that don't always make it outside. this stuff took out all of my pet stains.

| Bad cat mommy! Bad, Bad! | 10 Mar 2004 02:49 GMT | 4 |
Today, while I was playing laser tag with my crew, horror of horror, the batteries went dead! Luckily, I had a couple spares, but I must runn out today and buy some more, or else I fear I will wake up with a dead mouse's head on my pillow.....

| Beautiful Bugs | 10 Mar 2004 01:51 GMT | 63 |
The cats are always bringing home bugs and I am fascinated by them. I found this site and was amazed at the beauty and colours of said bugs. Beauty is strictly in the eye of the beholder and not everyones' cup of tea but if you are a bug person like me, enjoy :)

| The worlds biggest litterbox | 10 Mar 2004 01:49 GMT | 1 |
This is a tip from Lynda about cat boxes. Since we have six indoor kitties, all the normal sized ones needed to watched constantly. We're glad to do it if it needs doing, but we've found a solution. Go to your local Home Depot and get one of the tubs they sell for mixing

| Do cats smile? | 09 Mar 2004 21:16 GMT | 20 |
I sincerely think they do. When Persia is in my lap and looks at me with those big, green eyes... tilts her head back and blinks slowly... and I swear, she's smiling. Of course she's probably just laughing at my hair LOL Jill

| I am going to win this war! | 09 Mar 2004 06:29 GMT | 3 |
I don't know what's up with Vino lately. Maybe it's the caffeine from the yoghurt (which he will not be getting anymore) or maybe he's missing Dennis or whatever. But he's started chewing the electrical cords in the bedroom in the morning. He never used to do this, it's just ...

| To the vet with Wolfie -- purrs if anyone wants to | 09 Mar 2004 00:09 GMT | 35 |
Wolfie vomited Mon. and Tues., and has not eaten for two days. He's a very finicky cat, so trying to tempt him with tuna, sardines, baby food, etc., doesn't work with him. He will only eat dry food, and maybe ham. He spent last night mostly sleeping under a lamp, and

| Arrrrggghhh - I did it again! | 08 Mar 2004 18:43 GMT | 14 |
Of course I did. I sstill have Alexandra upstairs in the Kitty Rescue Room, awaiting her March 8th date to go to the shelter. So last night, DH opens the door, and there on the porch is a little white kitten. Friendly. What am I to do? Not gonna leave the filthy

| [OT] Orange? | 08 Mar 2004 14:34 GMT | 15 |
I've been watching the Australian Grand Prix F1 race, and am curious about some advertising I see at the course. They're large signs, usually on a plain orange background, that display the word "Orange". If not on an orange background, the text is orange.
