Bald patches24 Jan 2004 18:01 GMT8
I just noticed Luna has a couple of bald patches in her tummy. The skin
looks normal and not irritated at all. I'm calling TED today to make an
appointment, but I wanted to check with the group to see if anybody had
experience with this.
Cats and Electrical Storms24 Jan 2004 15:44 GMT26
Last night after a 36degC day, we had a massive electrical
storm...lightning, huge claps of thunder...lasted 2 hours!!!
Gizmo spent all her time at the back door (which was open due to the
heat)...just watching. When we realised the rain was coming in the door was
Dan Mahoney (Lost Dog)24 Jan 2004 10:43 GMT3
I've been wondering if there's been any news on finding a home for the
old black doggy your mom rescued a while back.  I've thought of it
frequently - still hoping for the best.

Yet another move.24 Jan 2004 01:17 GMT4
Never let it be said that my cats are not well travelled. At the end
of February, we're all moving from Edinburgh back to Cardiff.
It's a decision that has only just been made, although we have been
thinking about it for a while, but we're doing it so I can spend more
confused cats23 Jan 2004 23:39 GMT14
We moved the computer from the dining room to an upstairs bedroom that we
are using as an office/reading room. The cats are so confused. Things are
missing from one room and are in another room. They don't know what to do
now when we are on the computer. In the dining room there was ...
Jax: my cat's column23 Jan 2004 21:58 GMT3
Hi all. I'm a relatively new webmaster with her own site, an upbeat,
humor/parody kind of place with different columns, all of which are
new every Friday. You're invited to visit Jax's column and have a look
around the rest of my site if you'd like. Thanks.

I have been working on a list of comic strips featuring cats for about

What a wimp23 Jan 2004 20:41 GMT9
Yesterday I took Psycho Cat From Hell, a.k.a. Marble to TED for annual booster
jabs. Marble is a typical male - all mouth & no action :-Þ
In the car going to TED's Marble howled the entire journey...ooh.. all of
six/seven minutes. Once in TED's waiting area, Marble howled and mewed
Duffy is a TV star23 Jan 2004 20:03 GMT23
This has been an exciting day -- one where we went from an almost-certain
death sentence for two little blind kittens to one where a promise has been
made that they will not be euthanized.   When I was first contacted, the
person who called me said that both cats were to be ...
A Tearful Goodbye to Our Creampuff23 Jan 2004 12:42 GMT33
After a very difficult night, we have made our decision.   I have cried
a lot, believe me  --  but you know?   The tears are mostly for me and
for my loss  -- he was a joyful part of my life for 12 years and I will
miss him tremendously!

Peanuts???23 Jan 2004 04:06 GMT6
Just got a call from my wife, reporting strange behavior from Watermelon Man,
my monster silver tabby.
It seems she opened a jar of peanuts, and Watermelon can't get enough of them.
The cat apparently loves peanuts.  He already is a fan of ice cream, always
