| Oh, the indignity! | 04 Dec 2003 14:49 GMT | 8 |
OK - it's confession time. I have these strange rituals with my cats. I'm sure you have them as well. I sing to them - they answer back. I make up names for them - the more weird, the better. Currently Peewee's nickname is Dabba Doo

Whenever I start scooping the litterboxes, Max comes running into the room to supervise. He jumps into whichever box I'm working on and watches, fascinated, as I unearth each prize - and then he attempts to rebury it. Yep - Meowmie's little helper...

| Vino is getting more and more daring | 04 Dec 2003 09:40 GMT | 12 |
Up until recently, whenever Vino made a dash out the front door, he'd just go to the nearest patch of grass and start munching. It was pretty easy to just go over and pick him up and bring him back inside. Well, all that has changed apparently. A few weeks ago, he managed to

| Psst... Frank | 04 Dec 2003 05:36 GMT | 7 |
Fangu for the lovely card. It is in pride of place in the house. Via mind control of the fat one here (not diificult, she is small of brain), I instructed her to get off her fat ar*e and cycle to the post office, whereupon there is something in the post to you, my sweet.

| Gizmo and TED | 04 Dec 2003 03:59 GMT | 7 |
She survived....she has not UTI...she has VERY clean teeth!! She was very dopey yesterday afternoon and vomited twice (once at TED once at home)...aparently quite normal. So the spraying must be behavioural, so TED gave me a few things to try and stop it. I shal keep you all updated ...

| If you get binary groups... | 03 Dec 2003 22:06 GMT | 10 |
... take a look at the pic "Not so quick" just posted on alt.binaries.pictures.animals, called "I found another pic of Zappa". I've been telling him/her (?) how Frank got his name, and now this person did a little creative work with Frank's b-day picture and a pic of Frank Zappa. I

| Awwwwwwwwww Kittens and Butterflies | 03 Dec 2003 18:29 GMT | 9 |
This is a nice kitten site for all those with bad cases of 'kitten fever'. http://www.ratemykitten.com/ratemy/kitten I guess everyone knows that I love butterflies, particularly Monarchs.

| Lacey's blood tests | 03 Dec 2003 18:29 GMT | 7 |
came back normal!! Poor baby had her blood drawn last Monday and on Tuesday instead of the expected results call I received a call that the blood was contaminated somehow and they needed to draw more. So on Saturday I took Lacey back in for a blood draw and Selena in for an

Hello group, The last few months, Jim has been on a diet to lose weight and has dropped quite a few pounds. I guess Rosie thinks he's slim enough, or just wanted to play games with his head. The other day when Jim stepped onto the

| Geoffrey Kitten | 03 Dec 2003 16:55 GMT | 21 |
This afternoon has been fraught with hoolikitten moments. You see, I went to visit a friend, and help solve a small problem that she has. She's got a nice study, but whenever she wants to use the Internet, she has to take her laptop into the sitting room, because

| Constipated Dusty? | 03 Dec 2003 11:37 GMT | 13 |
I think the Dust "may" be constipated. I am not sure what qualifies as constipation in cats. He basically hasn't pooped in 3 days. He is not going to the box and straining, he isn't complaining, he is eating and drinking very much so normally and he is peeing about twice a day.

| Pirate in his new home today ! | 03 Dec 2003 11:05 GMT | 12 |
I am so very happy to report that I took Pirate to his new home today, may it be the onetruehome we all want for him! He is now ensconced in the cat playpen in one of their spare bedrooms and it is quite obvious that he has already ensnared his new meowmie. We let him

| Woo Hoo, Dusty went! | 03 Dec 2003 10:57 GMT | 9 |
This is a bit descriptive... :) Poop purrs worked! Now I don't know if it was the Petramalt but The Dust has made a healthy deposit into the Bank O' Litter! The last time he pooped was Wednesday morning. He didn't poop in the box but

| Case of the Found Tablets | 03 Dec 2003 07:11 GMT | 7 |
As you are well aware I have been administering tablets to Gizmo for the last week. I thought that she had been swallowing them (as she quickly rushes to her food bowl afterwards and proceeds to eat). ANYWAY.....last night, an hour after giving her the tablet I was checking

| Pearl update | 03 Dec 2003 06:08 GMT | 7 |
Well, it is (possibly) ringworm. Actually, this a.m. it looks like the hair is coming back. Maybe that's why they couldn't get a firm diagnosis from the culture. They gave me some sauve to use on it for a week or two. Poor baby. I did the drop off and won't do it again unless it's ...
