A dear family friend was involved in an accident last night about two
am. He fell asleep at the wheel of his truck and hit a tree.  He was
thrown out of the truck, through his back glass and into the truck
bed, it's horrible. A few hours ago they were unsure if he'd make it.
Another song offering for the voyagers19 Nov 2003 05:01 GMT3
This one kinda tells the highlights of the trip.  This was put together
quickly, so suggestions on improvements are welcome.  I think all the
verses scan properly to the beat.  I think.  Additional verses are also
welcome.
Wellness cat food - petition19 Nov 2003 04:36 GMT1
I figure there might be a few others feeding Wellness canned cat food here,
so this petition might be of interest. Wellness canned has long been a
grainless cat food, which is why many have chosen to feed it. There has been
a debacle recently where the company allowed (or ...
Next Best to the Real Thing19 Nov 2003 04:17 GMT8
I found an interesting website and wanted to share with you guys. It's a
robotic cat, developed for use in nursing homes with patients of dimensia.
Pretty neat idea, I thought.

Back AGAIN19 Nov 2003 04:12 GMT4
Sigh...this seems to be the story of my life!
We've been away travelling around Thailand with our friends Helen and Bruce
from Canada that were here visiting for 3 weeks.  Just got back on Friday
night and I've been reading messages night and day trying to get caught up.
What does it mean?18 Nov 2003 22:08 GMT37
Lately, Betty's been pawing at me more and more.  A few minutes ago,
Betty was following me around, and when I sat down, she threw herself
on the floor, rolled over to show her belly, and pawed at the air
towards me.  I told her she was very pretty, and continued to read
Fluffy's other brain cell18 Nov 2003 06:03 GMT20
Tish invited Joel and I to meet her managerie.
I had to let her know, first up, that I am *deeply* jealous of her, because
her new house is just *stunning*, as is the property it resides on. It has
views of the Blue Moutains, it is surrounded by bushland (including a dam

Brushing the boys for the first time18 Nov 2003 01:09 GMT7
Basho was being very sweet a while ago, constantly rubbing against me
and wanting attention. I noticed he was shedding a lot of hair, so
decided to give him a brushing to take care of it. I started brushing
him and in no time, his brother Issa joined us and demanded some

This week I started volunteeering for the Annex Cat Rescue.  I get to go to
different foster homes and take pictures of kitties.  On friday night, I
went and took some pictures of some kitties. If anyone would like to see
some pictures of some orange kitties...

Cat Love Bites17 Nov 2003 21:31 GMT7
I've been given gentle bites on the hand, the elbow the knee... but never
before this morning has Persia reached up to nip me gently on the chin!  I
went AWWWW!  I love you too!
I immediately gave her hugs and scratches behind her ears and kissed her
rainy day=depressed cats17 Nov 2003 21:21 GMT8
The cats are really depressed.  I've never seen Bruiser down for so long.
Been raining all day. Not hard but a steady drizzle and its cold for
Vegas.  They have been taking turns jumping up into my lap and telling me
how badly life sucks and I need to to do something about it.  ...
Obviously I am evil - again...17 Nov 2003 20:29 GMT7
Well, it is howling up a storm outside. It is dark, raining, and very windy
with some nasty strong gusts.
There are three cats sat by the front door giving less than subtle hints they
want to go out. Obviously - at night and in this weather I won't. When I tell
Harvey: Wrowled For No Reason17 Nov 2003 02:01 GMT6

So it's late. Very late. All of a sudden Harvey goes 'Rrrroooowwwwwarow'. I
stumble out into the living room because hell, it sounded as if someone
collasped onto the couch and Harvey was panicking because a sevant was in
