Snow.. "What is THAT?!"30 Nov 2003 21:43 GMT2
Yesterday we got our first big snow.. big fluffy flakes leaving a blanket of
white stuff everywhere. I came in from having my cigarette and left my boots
by the door.
Soon I see Moogie cautiously stalking-backing off-swatting-backing
Kitty clutch30 Nov 2003 21:36 GMT1
I had to work yesterday (Saturday!) so I wasn't home to witness it, but DH
said he had all four cats on the bed yesterday morning when he woke up. Not
that odd, except he said Patrick was snuggling with Moogie (as in wrapped
around each other snuggling) and Mr. Bob was snuggling ...
Sammy's new job30 Nov 2003 15:33 GMT5
I used to be something of a coffee snob. Not over the top, but I've
always enjoyed fresh ground beans, and have a expresso machine. Once I
started the landscaping business, I've really cut back on caffeine, as
it doesn't mix well with our hot Oklahoma summers when working
Harvey got spooked by...30 Nov 2003 11:58 GMT3
So the dogs had to go out. Since it's about forty...in Florida no less...I had
to find their sweaters.
Afterwards, they wanted to keep them on.
Then I notice Harvey, crouched in the corner behind a 'safe' barrier of shtuff.
Fuga's Furriends30 Nov 2003 04:36 GMT12
Well it's official... I've started my cat sitting business. Today I got my
business cards.  My website is up (www.fuga.ca).  I'm insured and an
official member of Pet Sitter's International.
This week I am going to start visiting the different vets in the area and

Buster and Little Feet29 Nov 2003 23:27 GMT8
As I've mentioned, Buster stayed in with Little Feet while we were
gone for Thanksgiving. I put out extra food, and lots of water, so
neither cat would go hungry or thirsty.
When I got home, Buster's food bowls weren't as empty as Little Feet's
Rosie's most favorite, wonderful food ever on the planet29 Nov 2003 23:04 GMT7
Well, we now know what Rosie likes to eat.  This tiny little 6 pound 7 month old
Siamese kitten is over the moon about Turkey.  She is likely to gain a pound before
we run out.  Everytime anyone even walks into the kitchen she is there begging for
more, and I don't know where she ...
Wind up toys29 Nov 2003 20:32 GMT4
The best way to see how a cat attacks and kills prey.. without the
real kill.
Suckling...aghhhh!29 Nov 2003 20:21 GMT4
Our cat just won't stop suckling. We got him at almost 8 weeks old so he doesn't fit in to the before 6 weeks category. He also didn't suckle until the second week he was with us. He is driving us crazy...we can't sleep at night as he purrs so loud and goes straight to our heads ...
Lester: Friday29 Nov 2003 19:19 GMT9
Not much to report.  He still won't eat, and 30-36 cc of the liquid
"CliniCare" food is, according to the label, a small fraction of the amount a
cat of his weight should be having each day.  (6 feedings per day at 5-6 cc,
followed by 2 cc. of water).  That will be the biggest ...
PING:  Yoj29 Nov 2003 18:47 GMT1
In reading BlueBird's message, I noticed she didn't mention LittleBit.
Do you happen to know if the kitty is still OK?  I'm afraid to ask
BlueBird.  I just hope LittleBit is still with her.  Thanks.

Mistoffelees was back to see his favourite vet again today for a check up
after last weeks emergency appointment.
the heart murmur has improved and he was given another antibiotic jab but no
