Gizmo Keeping Watch...01 Oct 2003 00:08 GMT3
I think Gizmo has been taking part in a rotating roster of "street watch"
undertaken by the indoor cats in my street. This is how it works.....she
sits happily next to me, watching TV, then wakes up suddenly, runs to the
window, where she sits for 3 minutes then joins me back on the ...

Mistoffelees and got back yesterday from our holiday. Mummy came and picked
us up first thing in the morning as she had missed us lots. We were at the
boarding kennel down by the beach as mummy went to Greece.
Mistoffelees was not amused by his holiday and i didnt have anyone to ...
Harvey's latest insanity30 Sep 2003 19:58 GMT5
Harvey's food is surrounded by a smooth, featureless floor. Nevertheless,
Harvey tries to cover up his food when done. He'll spend up to thirty seconds
covering up the food with imaginary floor grass.
Yet, he lays the most huge turds in the litter box and just flicks one or two
CAtslaves - important notice30 Sep 2003 19:07 GMT1
Dear catslave people,
Due to the SWEN virus, my inbox is often full, which means I may not have
received your e-mail, and therefore haven't processed your application or a
change in your membership. If you need to contact me about your membership,
purrs for Angus please30 Sep 2003 19:02 GMT25
Angus is a sweet black kitten that I fostered for quite
a while.  He made it through URIs, eye infections, and
ringworm.  He was healthy and ready for a home until
last night when he couldn't get up.  His back legs aren't

Robin, the lovebug30 Sep 2003 04:21 GMT32
It seems someone dumped a cat on me way out here in the country. I
have named him Robin because he is the color of a Robin.
He is desperate for loving, winding about our legs and wanting to be
picked up and loved. He gets ecstatic in my arms and loves his head

Toe question30 Sep 2003 02:56 GMT4
I noticed today that the little toe on Yoschi's left back leg (the toe on
the outside) is sticking up and to the right over the next toe. I wouldn't
be surprised if it's broken, but he's doing everything he normally does, is
happy and playful, only he doesn't allow me to touch ...
Barn kitties29 Sep 2003 19:42 GMT6
I mentioned I'm taking lessons and the lady has three barn kitties that for
me are much too inquisitive. I know they will grow out of having to play in
the arena where we ride, but right now, they like nothing better than to
follow us in and wrestle in the dirt! While walking I ...
Update on JMS and Buddy29 Sep 2003 18:50 GMT9
Here's a short update on JMS, the guy who writes Babylon 5, and Buddy,
the kitten he rescued from a pipe deep in his yard (at great cost to
himself). It's a happy ending! (And of course, he only made this decision
for the *kitten's* sake... :))
Bummer29 Sep 2003 15:40 GMT7
Zooming down the boulevard today with Patty on our motorcycles, we
passed a cat that had just been run over in the street. There wasn't
much left of what had been apparently a half-grown kitten of the tuxedo
type. As we passed I couldn't help but notice how much he looked like my ...
A good cat day29 Sep 2003 12:46 GMT3
This has been a good cat day.
It started out when I turned over and lay on my back this morning.
Presto jumped up on trhe bed and lay on my chest, headbutting my chin,
and purring loudly.
Fun Time wearing Hats29 Sep 2003 10:59 GMT7
I talked to Junebug in Canada this morning and at her request put on my
web cam.  I've hardly used it.  I suddenly realised I had a roomful of
funny hats from around the world so started putting them on to show her.
What a hoot.  The face isn't much but the hats are great. Then ...
Dragonfliy hunter29 Sep 2003 06:30 GMT6
I got a bit of a chuckle, last night.
I was working at my computer, usually the only light in the room when doing
so is my desk lamp and a little light spilling in from the hall, when my two
cats come charging into the room with Peepers leading and Smudge trailing.
