During the summer there was a feral mother cat raising two kittens
that we'd see in the yard quite often.
My wife and I rent out a room to a friend of ours who's now retired
and occasionally he'd put food out for them.

She was found living in the woods pregnant when she was just around 1

She probably had an owner when she was a kitten, but for some unknown

Watching one of the old reruns of Julia Child and she's showing how to
prepare a chicken for roasting.  I just love this woman.

A friend of mine just told me that her cat hasn't been feeling well.
She's not eating and she's listless. She has a vet appointment for
today, so we'll see what they say, but I'm worried. Biscuit is not a
young cat - I think she's maybe 10 or so. I'm very attached to her

Ack! We've got an infestation!
I've Front-lined all the cats, put stinky piowder into the carpet,
sprayed down the upholstery with yet more stinky stuff, and vacuumed
and dumped the vacuum cannister.

My son in law has an 18 yr old long haired female cat (Moo) who has an
ulcerated tongue and had to have a feeding tube inserted today. She's
been unable to eat for days.  She is also diabetic.  Anyone with

Saw an interesting tidbit in Cat Fancy while at the vets today that
mentioned the success of "stampidine" in easing viral load and even
completely getting rid of viral load in FIV cats. Anyone hear more about
