Please help, My 6yr old daughter has bathed my cat in Nair, removing all of the poor little things hair. But she didn't stop there she had to trap my sweet kitty in the tanning bed for over 40 minutes causing severe sunburn and blisters. After a quick rescue I noticed that my daughter had removed the kittens claws with a pair of pleirs, leaving little holes in its paws. She said she felt sad for the cat so she made him new claws by hammering toothpicks into each little hole left by the declawing. I am trying to nurse the cat back to health with hourly injections of vitamin B-12 and morphine. I am also massaging a mixture of alcohol and motor oil into its blisterd skin to prevent infection. I don't have the money to take it to the vet so I am using home remedies. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Well my pussy is still sunburned, but it is getting better and my daughter lays around with her eyes all glazed and rolled back in her head but I've never seen her behave so well and I've never seen her so content and happy!! She says she wants a puppy now or maybe a even a rabbit (I think thats what she is saying, her speech is so slurred its hard to tell) so I will have to wait and see what social services brings her to play with. TIA These talents are wasted and unappreciated on Usenet. Try scriptwriting for Mad TV or some anarchic Brit comedy...I'd love to see a show based on these little anecdotes. Turn it into a spoof reality tv show with a twist!
