The other day I noticed my new kitten had a small bald spot
on her lower left rear leg.  Today I noticed a new bald spot
on the back of her neck.  Any idea what could be causing
this?  I thought it might be ringworm, but the skin doesn't
appear red.  She goes to the vet July 1 for a rabies shot,
but I am wondering if I ought to take her sooner if this
sounds serious.

I would take her to the vet now and have them give her the shot at the same
time.

There are a number of possible reasons, and all of them need attention. I
think at least a phone call to the vet would be prudent today.

Sorry I don't have a solution for you but I'm just trying to learn how to
use this NG
