One of my cats starting sneezing yesterday. I'm trying to figure out
what's different around the house that might be causing this but nothing
comes to mind. I figured I'd wait over the weekend and see if it
continues before I take him to the vet. Otherwise he seems ok.

If it continues I would take the cat to the vet. Cats can and
do get upper respiratory infections.

Very true, but if the cat is eating and drinking ok, and otherwise seems in
ok health, I wouldn't worry about it (UNLESS the cat has been in a shelter
environment lately or has been recently boarded) Like our own common colds,
it will run its course. However, if he stops eating or drinking or becomes
extremely lethargic, or has been around other unknown cats recently I'd get
him to a vet. Good luck
