I have a kitten and a pet snake.  The snake gets fed mice every week.
I bring the mice home in a plastic container and set it down for
my kitten to watch.  She just loves watching the mice!  She stalks
around the box, examining them from every angle.  She tries to get
them but can't.  She'll happily watch them for at least an hour.
Then I took one out for her to play with just before I fed it to
the snake.  She didn't really seem to know what to do, she swatted
at it a bit but that's all.
