What could be the problem?
First I want to say she is FeLV positive.
She doesn't seem to be herself and seems to lack her usual energy. Possibly
dropped a bit of weight but is still eating and drinking and using the
litter box.
She used to sleep with me every night and now it seems like she barely has
the energy to get on the bed.
She climbs up now instead of jumping up there.
Also, I noticed she is a off balance or maybe it's called vertigo. Maybe
a ear infection? I don't notice her ears smelling. She can be walking and I
notice that she acts like she trips and stumbles sideways but slowly gets
back up to come over to be petted.
I'm extremely worried.
The thing is I just spent $550 on my car that just happened to bite the
dust, so my cash reserves are very low right now.
I am going car shopping tomorrow as a vehicle is a must where I live.
Hopefully I can find a vet that will work out a payment plan with me.

You need to take her to the vet. Hopefully, your vet is understanding
enough to work our a payment plan with you.

Please take your poor cat to the vet, however thinly you have to stretch
your finances. She really needs some medical help right now and you're all
she's got. Do let us know how she gets on.
Best wishes,
Spider
