We thought they'd never end, We'd sing and dance forever and a day We'd live the life we'd choose We'd fight and never lose For we were young and sure to have our way. Well, at a 7.3% inflation rate, the price of everything should double every 10 years. (the accounts' rule of 73) So a $25 vet bill 20 years ago should have been about $50 10 years ago, and around $100 today.....
