I found a 19 year old bill from my vet:

Office visit:  $15

Lab work:    $5

Meds:          $5

Total:   $25

Those were the days my friend !

Man!  It's about $45 for me just to walk in the vet's door.

Well, at a 7.3% inflation rate, the price of everything should double every
10 years. (the accounts' rule of 73) So a $25 vet bill 20 years ago should
have been about $50 10 years ago, and around $100 today.....
