Oh, she is beautiful, William! I was late reading about her--don't get
on here very much these days--but I'm so hoping the surgery was
successful. Update?

I'll know by this time tomorrow.......
Well, the operation is over, and it was successful! - Meggie is going to be
OK. Believe it or not, all she had was a huge hairball in her stomach! The
vet says it was the biggest one she had ever seen....It was full of not only
hair, but also grass that Meggie had been eating in order to get it to pass
through her. So we will be feeding her a diet that includes stuff that helps
keep hairballs from forming, and brushing her more frequently to help get
rid of the excess hair.
I want to thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes. Meggie
