Anyone here involved in pet adoptions have thoughts on the Ellen
Degenneres dog adoption battle?

The woman from the dog adoption agency is now receiving alot
of death threats.

Well, she should have had more common sense......I would have investigated
the other family before I enforced my rules with such a jerk-knee
reaction......If the other family was providing a good home for the dog,
then why take it away? - It seemed to me that they just took it away out of
spite because Degenneres "broke their rules". If the animal wasn't being
mistreated, then what's the beef?

It seems the adoption agency broke some laws in this process.
One they ripped the dog out of the hands of a child.  Rule #1
is you can't touch a child.  Touching the child is enough to
get you arrested.

Also it seems the adoption agency is guilty of fraud.  Apparently
the adoption agency charged for having the dog fixed, a procedure
that was never done.

In any case, they are guilty of gross stupidity....This carries a jail
sentence that is considerably longer than normal stupidity......
