I don't know about that stuff, but I know that my cats drink the filthiest
water they can find....I keep two bowls of clean fresh water in the house,
but they prefer to drink out of mud puddles, old tires, and anything else
they can find....:^)

My working hypothesis is that they can see, or otherwise detect, the
surface of the water easier. This is supported by the observation that if
the cats can see a reflection of a bright object (an overhead light bulb)
they tend to do less playing in the water and dragging the bowl around.

Just keep an eye on her for awhile. If you haven't notice anything for
several hours or a few days then there probably isn't any problem. However,
just to ease your concern, email the maker of the cleaner and ask them what
is in it.
As an aside, my Deetoo likes to jump on the toilet to be closer to me when I
shave and do my teeth every morning. I've gotten into the habit of always
putting the lid down since I don't want her jumping on it and discovering in
mid-air that the lid is up and having to go through a splash landing. :)

Truly an "oh, sh.t!" moment.

That reminds me of my last cat. One morning I was sitting in the bath tub
and he decided to come to and see what I was doing. He jumped over the side
of the bath tub and as he was mid air on his way into the tub, I can
distinctly remember the "URK" noise he made as realized it was full of
water. It seemed like he froze in mid air and then was all claws and paws as
he flailed helplessly trying to catch onto something to avoid the water, but
it was too late and in he went for all of 1/2 second before leaping out and
then looking at me very indignantly.

Hopefully you managed to field more paws than claws in his mad scramble.
Meanwhile, I'm sure the kerfuffle and the ensuing indignant look (and
can't they ever give you some doozies?!) would have had you laughing so
hard that you almost gave a whole new meaning to the term "p in bath"!
