Hi folks...sorry for the dumb question.... Can a cat become pregnant if she is not in heat? >Can a cat become pregnant if she is not in heat? That's not true. Vets routinely spay cats that are already pregnant, but the earlier the pregnancy, the easier the procedure. SignatureVictor M.
